Children’s good behavior habits have a crucial impact on their subsequent development,not only involving the development of children’s cognitive ability,but also affecting their social development.Early childhood needs to pay attention to the development of children’s behavioral habits and social behavior acquisition.Education discipline is an important way or way in the formation of children’s behavior habits.Its main value includes two aspects.On the one hand,according to certain behavior standards,children are taught to have good behavior habits,so as to promote the continuous improvement of their society and the sound development of personality.On the other hand,intervention,correction of children’s inappropriate behavior habits,promote children learn to take responsibility for their own behavior.However,in practice,preschool teachers still have many problems in the implementation of educational discipline,in order to help preschool teachers appropriate implementation of the decision to conduct a systematic study on the education discipline in the formation of children’s behavior and habits.This research mainly adopts observation method and interview method to understand preschool teachers’ understanding of educational discipline in the formation of behavior and habits,including the following aspects: teachers’ application of educational discipline carrier,the purpose of implementing educational discipline,the way of implementing educational discipline and the effect of implementing educational discipline.After a preliminary analysis on the premise of mastering the basic situation,it is found that there are related problems in the specific implementation process: the abnormal phenomenon of excessive discipline often occurs in the formation of behavioral habits,such as the rigid carrier of educational discipline,the biased purpose,the repressive method,and the immediate effect.And on this basis,from the kindergarten management,teachers themselves,individual children,and children’s family upbringing four aspects of the cause of the problem of education discipline.Finally,combined with the previous analysis,put forward reasonable suggestions on how to implement scientific and appropriate education discipline for preschool teachers.This paper advocates that children should be given normal standardized education in a reasonable way,grasp the degree of educational discipline,examine the abuse and imbalance of educational discipline,and use appropriate educational discipline to encourage children to consciously abide by educational order and develop good behavior habits,so as to prepare for building a better life in the future.
