Research On The Path To Improve The Political Ability Of The Ideological And Political Work Team In Colleges And Universities

Political ability is the first ability that the ideological and political work team in universities should possess,and it is the core of the comprehensive ability of the ideological and political work team in universities.The improvement of the political ability of the ideological and political work team in universities is related to the correct grasp of the socialist direction of university education and the long-term stable development of universities.However,there are still problems in the current ideological and political work team in universities,such as insufficient political judgment,lack of political understanding,and inadequate political execution.To effectively solve the problem of insufficient political ability in the ideological and political work team in universities,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the political ability and existing problems of the ideological and political work team in universities.Starting from the logic of history and reality,this article uses methods such as literature research and case analysis,with political ability as the starting point and the ideological and political work team in universities as the specific research object.It systematically analyzes the current situation of the political ability construction of the ideological and political work team in universities,and proposes effective paths to improve the political ability of the ideological and political work team in universities.By systematically combing the research results of "political ability of ideological and political work teams in colleges and universities" at home and abroad,and based on the relevant statements of Marxist classic writers and leaders of the CPC on political ability of ideological and political work teams in colleges and universities,this paper discusses the great significance of improving the political ability of ideological and political work teams in colleges and universities.This article summarizes the political ability of the ideological and political work team in universities from three aspects: political judgment,political comprehension,and political execution.Based on this,five basic principles to enhance their political ability are discussed.Through literature research and case analysis,it was found that ideological and political workers in universities have weak political sensitivity and discernment,resulting in inaccurate political judgments;Low theoretical learning and transformation abilities,and lack of political understanding;The phenomenon of ideological and political workers in universities lacking political responsibility and inadequate political execution.And some ideological and political workers in universities have weakened their subjective consciousness and lack political experience;There are weak links in the special training of political education;The mechanism for selecting and appointing personnel needs to be improved;The political life within the party is not serious enough;There are still five aspects of problems and risks in the construction of work style.Analyze the reasons for the insufficient political capacity construction of ideological and political work teams in universities.In response to the problems in improving the political ability of the ideological and political work team in universities,this paper discusses the paths for improving the political ability of the ideological and political work team from five aspects:strengthening and improving the ideological refining,practical training,institutional guarantee,environmental construction,and institutional mechanisms of the ideological and political work team in universities.
