| With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,and the continuous improvement and expansion of the education system,the market of educational resources,educational institutions and resources have begun to diversify,from the teaching of textbooks in primary and secondary schools to the training of various artistic talents,a variety of educational counseling institutions emerged at the historic moment.The after-school tutoring and training institutions have gradually developed into an important part of the after-school education system.However,from the new crown outbreak and the so-called double reduction policy,discipline education field are experiencing the most severe "winter" : a large number of small and medium-sized institutions have closed down,barely surviving big enterprise is also facing a sharp losses in a row,almost brain drain,etc,to the crucial moment had to transition to survive.How to achieve smooth transformation and stable development in the severe industry environment is a severe test that K12 education and training are generally facing at present.This paper aims to study the development strategy of primary and secondary education guidance institutions at present,which has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,combined with the internal and external environment facing the enterprise itself,adopt literature analysis,case method,on the transformation and upgrading,on the basis of relevant theories,using PEST analysis,porter five model strategy analysis tools such as combining with their own experience and understanding in the practical work,in-depth analysis and discusses H education current situation and problems of the transformation of the company.Based on the above strategic analysis,it is concluded that H company should adopt diversified strategy to smoothly go through the transition period.Specific implementation measures of H education Company’s diversified development strategy mainly focus on product diversification,online and offline dual-drive development,strengthening scientific and technological innovation and teaching and research innovation,and fine operation and management of the company.In addition,this paper also put forward corresponding safeguard measures from the aspects of management system,human resources,teaching and research,financial management,brand effect and so on.It is believed that the strategic transformation research of H education Company in this paper has certain reference value for enterprises facing the same situation at present. |
