Test anxiety is a very common negative emotion of students,which directly affects students’ academic performance and may affect their mental health.Through reviewing domestic and foreign literature,it is found that test anxiety may be closely related to external factors such as parenting style and class environment,and may also be affected by individual variables such as achievement goal orientation.The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of parenting style and class environment on test anxiety of senior one students,and to explore the mediating effect of achievement goal orientation on the influence of parenting style and class environment on test anxiety,so as to provide some psychological evidence for teaching and teaching reform of senior one students.In this study,926 senior grade one students in Fuzhou,Fujian province were selected as the research objects,and questionnaire survey was carried out by using test anxiety Scale,S-EMBU,Class environment questionnaire and Achievement goal Orientation Scale.SPSS26.0 was used for data processing and analysis.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,higher test anxiety in middle rdi level of students,parents,parenting emotional warmth in the average level of parents,the parents refused to is in the middle rdi level and overprotection,relationship between class environment respectively in the average level,classmates dimension close to theory value,order and discipline,competition and learning burden theory of three dimensions are lower than the median.Achievement target orientation is above average level.Secondly,parenting style was positively correlated with task goal orientation,ability-approach goal orientation,ability-avoidance goal orientation,and test anxiety.Classroom environment is positively correlated with task goal orientation,ability-approach goal orientation and test anxiety,but not with ability-avoidance goal orientation.Thirdly,the mediating effect of parenting style on test anxiety was not significant,and ability-approach goal orientation and ability-avoidance goal orientation were partially mediating effects.In the process of classroom environment on test anxiety,the mediating effect of task goal orientation and ability-avoidance goal orientation is not significant,but ability-approach goal orientation plays a completely mediating role.
