Study On Students’ Experience In High School Physical Education Classroom Environment From The Perspective Of Body Phenomenology

The guiding outline of teaching reform of physical education and health(Trial Implementation)clearly points out: "in order to enhance the teaching quality of physical education classroom,the physical education teaching method of shift system should be implemented in senior high school,which can ensure the full development of middle school students’ physical and mental health and core literacy while stimulating students’ sports enthusiasm and realizing students’ specialized development." Therefore,an in-depth study of the classroom experience of high school sports option class system students can more clearly reveal the formation process of the quality of secondary education,provide a theoretical basis for the practical development of high school sports teaching,ensure that students master one or two sports skills through students’ course selection,and practice the teaching reform of one school with multiple products and one long life with practical actions.This study takes the classroom experience of senior high school students as the starting point,takes the body phenomenology as the theoretical guidance,on the premise of formulating the interview and observation outline,relying on nvivo12 qualitative analysis software,transcribes and encodes the interview data of 30 senior high school students,and constructs the overall framework of the structural dimension and coding structure of senior high school students’ physical education classroom environment experience.The research found that,The composition of students’ experience in senior high school physical education classroom environment is mainly reflected in physical environment,social environment and psychological environment.The details are as follows:(1)The physical environment covers three aspects: the first is the natural environment,the second is the facility environment,and the third is the space-time environment.In terms of natural environment,high temperature,rainy days and noise will have a more negative classroom experience for students;In terms of facilities and environment,in case of rainy days,the indoor venues will be crowded,and the students’ classroom experience is poor at this time;In terms of time and space environment,students are generally satisfied with the arrangement of physical education courses and the rhythm in class.(2)The social environment covers three aspects: teacher-student interaction,student student interaction and classroom rules and order.In terms of teachers and students,teachers and students can get along equally and harmoniously,and teachers focus on praise and encouragement in class;In terms of students,students will help each other and make progress together,but the interpersonal relationship between students in the early stage of course selection is easy to be ignored;In terms of classroom rules and order,the overall performance of classroom order is relatively good,but some classroom rules are flexible and dominated by teachers.(3)The psychological environment covers four aspects: positive physical experience,negative emotional experience,curiosity experience and initiative and attitude experience.In terms of positive physical experience,students will have positive physical and mental experience by creating specific classroom situations under the guidance of teachers;In terms of negative emotional experience,students’ motor skills do not meet the requirements or teachers’ teaching methods will affect students’ emotions;In terms of curiosity experience,there is a great probability that curiosity can improve students’ learning enthusiasm;In terms of learning initiative and attitude,students who pay attention in class or take the initiative to learn after class have relatively good general motor skills.(4)Through the investigation,it is found that the problems existing in the experience of middle school students in the high school physical education classroom environment are mainly reflected in: teachers and students’ insufficient understanding of the classroom physical environment,students’ low participation in the classroom,the interpersonal relationship between students in the early stage of course selection is easy to be ignored,the classroom rules and order are relatively loose,and there are great differences in the perception of classroom environment between classes.After analyzing the causes of the above problems,based on the theory of body phenomenology,this paper puts forward optimization strategies for the high school physical education classroom environment,including creating a physical environment conducive to students’ learning,shaping a harmonious and orderly classroom teaching atmosphere,constructing interactive subjective interpersonal relationships,and enhancing the sensitivity and wit of physical education teachers to classroom teaching.
