In the new round of curriculum goal reform,cultivating the core literacy of secondary school students’ development has become the core goal of basic education teaching.However,as one of the key points of the core literacy of secondary school students in the new era,practical and innovative literacy has not received enough attention,especially the current teaching mode of secondary school IT subject still lacks the teaching mode to effectively promote students’ practical and innovative literacy.To address this shortcoming,the author analyzed the relevant literature and found that the teaching concept of "powerresponsibility pairing" in the PAD class has an obvious effect on improving the practical innovation literacy of secondary school students.Therefore,the author tries to combine the PAD class and IT classroom to design a PAD class teaching model oriented to cultivate students’ practical and innovative literacy,and to design an IT PAD class teaching model to improve high school students’ practical and innovative literacy by combining domestic and international practical and innovative literacy indicators and innovative teaching strategies.This study focuses on two research questions: First,how to design and implement a PAD class teaching model in the teaching of IT subjects in general high schools? The second is whether the implementation of PAD class teaching is effective in enhancing secondary school students’ practical and innovative IT literacy?Firstly,through a questionnaire survey,we initially understand the current situation of IT subject teaching in F school,and at the same time,we investigate the current situation of IT practical innovation literacy level of high school students,and summarize the current situation and reasons.Secondly,through literature research,we summarize relevant domestic and international studies on cultivating learners’ practical innovation literacy,and construct an index of high school students’ practical innovation literacy in information technology.The model is designed with this indicator as the benchmark.The core components of the model are "Teaching and self-study","Internalization","Pactice" and "Open homework ".The author used the opportunity of educational internship to conduct teaching experiments in two classes in the sophomore section of School F with experimental classes and control classes.The conclusions of the experiment include:(1)The PAD class teaching model is applicable to teaching information technology subjects in general high schools.(2)The use of PAD class teaching can effectively enhance high school students’ practical and innovative IT literacy.
