| In the outline of The National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)issued by the state,it is pointed out that continuing education,as an important part of lifelong education,will become more and more important.The mission of continuing education is to improve vocational education through the development of continuing education,cultivate high-quality social workers and all-round development talents for socialist construction,and then comprehensively improve the cultural and educational level and worker quality of the whole society.In the computer information age,information literacy is one of the indispensable abilities of workers in the new era.Due to the uneven quality of students,there are some differences in students’ basic computer ability,learning level and learning habits.It is difficult to improve students’ computer application ability effectively by adopting traditional teaching methods,It can not meet the needs of the times,and can not play a positive role in improving students’ information literacy and developing information ability.This study analyzes the current situation of hierarchical teaching of computer course in adult college through literature research method,and makes a practical research on hierarchical teaching of computer course in adult college.And through questionnaires,interviews,comparative analysis and other research methods to further understand the practical effect.This study intends to change the traditional teaching concept and provide new ideas and methods for computer teaching in adult college from the application of hierarchical teaching mode in computer teaching in adult college.The research is mainly carried out from the following three aspects:Firstly,based on the Recent Development Zone Theory,Master Learning Theory,Recent Development Zone Theory and Layered Teaching Principle,this paper constructs a layered teaching model of adult college computer course.Under the theoretical guidance of this framework,this paper carries out the Layered Teaching Practice of adult college computer course from three aspects: the proposal of layered strategy,the implementation of layered teaching and the evaluation of hierarchical teaching.Promoting the layered teaching practice of computer course in adult college solidly is the overall idea of framework design,the proposal of layered strategy is the premise of practice,the implementation of layered teaching is the core of practice,and layered evaluation is the power source of realizing layered teaching.Secondly,under the guidance of the theoretical framework,according to the Level Approximation Principle,Dynamic Stratification Principle,Cooperative Learning Principle and Student Subject Principle of Layered Teaching,this paper defines the standards and forms of student stratification,and establishes the teaching mode of layered preview before class,layered teaching in class and layered consolidation and evaluation after class.Finally,taking the clinical medical class from Grade 2020 in Suqian Health School as an example,integrating various methods such as questionnaire survey,interview and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes and evaluates the practical effect of layered computer teaching in adult college from the aspects of students’ learning interest,learning effect and information literacy before and after the experiment.This study constructs the hierarchical computer teaching model of adult college,verifies the feasibility and popularization value of the model through practice,optimizes the computer teaching methods of adult college,and is of great help to the improvement of computer foundation and information literacy of adult college students.At the same time,it causes computer teachers to think about teaching reform,and provides new ideas and methods for adult computer teaching. |
