Research On The Integration Of Local Culture Into The Teaching Of Ideological And Political Theory In Colleges And Universities

In the new era,the teaching of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities takes moral cultivation as the central link,shouldering the lofty mission of cultivating all-round socialist builders and successors.Combined with General Secretary Xi Jinping’s series of speeches in the new era and the background and characteristics in the new era,closely focusing on the key element of the dissemination and inheritance of local culture in the teaching of Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities,this paper makes a more reasonable explanation for why local culture can be integrated into the teaching of Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities and how to integrate into the teaching of ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities.This paper aims to promote the dissemination of local culture among college students,fully mobilize college students’ enthusiasm and subjective initiative in College Ideological and political theory courses,strengthen college students’ awareness and identity of local culture,let them sublimate their love for their hometown into patriotism,and become an important disseminator and inheritor of local culture.Local culture not only has unique internal value,but also contains rich spiritual wealth.It is not only a valuable resource in the process of cultural dissemination and inheritance,but also an important supplement to the teaching of Ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities.Giving full play to the educational role of Ideological and political theory teaching in Colleges and universities will help to strengthen the guidance of College Students’ correct political direction and promote the cultivation of College Students’ healthy and sound personality,so as to achieve the effect of casting the soul and educating people with culture.This paper first expounds the relevant concepts of local culture and ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,and provides three theoretical bases for the integration of local culture into college ideological and political theory courses,namely,Marxist Cultural View,Xi Jinping’s View of Local Culture and Xi Jinping’s Outlook on Youth Ideological and Political Education.Secondly,it makes a specific analysis on the necessity and feasibility of integration,which can reflect the rationality of the integration of local culture into the teaching of Ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities.Thirdly,according to the research status at home and abroad,combined with some problems in the necessity and feasibility of integration,it is concluded that the main difficulties faced by the integration of local culture into the ideological and political theory teaching in Colleges and universities are: the integration mode is too single,the degree of integration is not grasped enough,the integration process is lack of active cooperation,and the integration effect needs to be improved.The reasons for these difficulties include four aspects: first,the communication and inheritance of local culture have encountered many impacts;second,the local culture and the teaching of Ideological and political theory courses in Colleges and universities are in different conceptual systems;third,the communication of local culture by college teachers is not in place;fourth,college students have insufficient cognition of local culture.Finally,after thinking and exploring the above difficulties,the following coping strategies are proposed:first,expand the way of integrating local culture into ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,through innovative teaching forms and rational use of network media;The second is to optimize the content of the local culture into the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,by improving the educational curriculum system and implementing the principle of moderation and combining experiential education;The third is to reasonably plan the process of integrating local culture into the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities,by improving the local cultural and cultural literacy of college teachers and students and strengthening the cooperation between inside and outside the school;The fourth is to improve the effect of integrating local culture into college ideological and political theory courses,and cultivate college students’ feelings of local culture and family.
