The highly damaging and destructive COVID-19 of 2020 crept up on us.The COVID-19 has brought negative impacts of varying degrees to all areas of society,and has also posed a huge challenge to ideological and political education in universities.Young university students are the future of the country and the hope of the nation,and as the most promising group in the whole society,they shoulder the important social responsibility and historical mission in the future.Therefore,continuously enhancing the sense of social responsibility of college students is an important issue of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of the normalization of COVID-19 prevention and control,which concerns the security and stability of the country and the nation under the COVID-19 crisis,the training quality of higher education,the future development of young students,and also an important means to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The normalization of the current COVID-19 has put forward higher requirements for the social responsibility of college students than before,but due to the fact that there is a certain lag and time for the enhancement and development of the social responsibility of college students,which leads to a certain contradiction between the requirements for the social responsibility of college students in the context of the normalization of COVID-19 prevention and control and the actual status of social responsibility.Therefore,ideological and political education in universities should not only pay attention to the prevention of major risk challenges,but also grasp the opportunities of the times,profoundly grasp the importance of carrying out education on social responsibility among university students in the context of the normalisation of COVID-19 prevention and control,and at the same time grasp the good opportunity to carry out education on social responsibility in the era of COVID-19 risks,integrate the great Anti epidemic spirit formed in the process of COVID-19 prevention and control into the process of education on social responsibility among university students,so as to better In order to better resist the risks and challenges brought about by the normalisation of COVID-19 prevention and control,we should continuously enhance the sense of social responsibility of university students and strive to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article focuses on the issue of "social responsibility of university students"from the event of the COVID-19,and seeks to reveal the negative impact of the sudden COVID-19 crisis on the social responsibility of university students,and discusses the "current situation","challenges" and countermeasures" respectively.The paper also focuses on the theoretical logic,the reality and the educational countermeasures of the problem from three key perspectives: "the current situation","challenges" and "countermeasures".The first part is based on the definition and analysis of the concepts of normalisation of COVID-19 prevention and control and responsibility,in order to lay a good theoretical foundation for the study.The second part is a logical arrangement and grasp of the research content,clarifying the interrelationship between basic concepts and revealing the importance and urgency of social responsibility education for university students in the context of the normalization of COVID-19 prevention and control.The third part is an empirical analysis of the current situation of university students’ sense of social responsibility in the context of the normalisation of COVID-19 prevention and control,specifically through the distribution of questionnaires and other forms of research to 14 different types of universities in Guangxi to explore the problems and causes of university students’ sense of social responsibility in the current context.The fourth part is based on a comprehensive analysis and judgment of the opportunities and challenges of social responsibility education for university students under the normalization of COVID-19 prevention and control,using the spirit of anti-COVID-19 to integrate social responsibility education for university students,promoting multi-channel collaborative education,optimizing the content and form of education,solving the dilemma of social responsibility awareness among university students under the COVID-19 crisis,and exploring the cultivation path of enhancing social responsibility among university students.The aim is to provide useful reference for enhancing the sense of social responsibility of university students under the normal situation of COVID-19 prevention and control at both the theoretical and practical levels.
