The precise teaching of ideological and political theory course(referred to as Civic and Political Science course)in colleges and universities arises from the background of implementing the Party’s talent cultivation goals,solving the imbalance between education supply and demand,and adapting to the rapid development of information technology,with the aim of fully implementing the fundamental task of establishing moral education and realizing precise education of people.With the imbalance between supply and demand in the traditional education mode,the continuous development of information technology and the difficulty in identifying the thoughts of "post-00" college students,the teaching of college Civics is faced with the real problem that the teaching supply cannot precisely match the personalized needs of college students and cannot achieve the goal of precise education of people in ideological and political theory classes.In the new era,the teachers of college Civics class must firmly grasp the value of precise teaching in Civics class,and teach the concept of teaching according to the material through the whole process of ideological and political education of "post-00" college students,so as to effectively improve the affinity and relevance of college Civics class.This paper is divided into four parts:The first chapter is the introductory part,which systematically describes the research purpose and significance of this paper,reviews the current situation of domestic and international research on this paper,and the research ideas,methods and innovations of the paper writing.The second chapter is an overview of precise teaching in college Civics class,clarifies the relevant concepts in the thesis,gives an account of the theoretical basis of precise teaching in Civics class,namely,Western behaviorist learning theory,Marxist theory of comprehensive human development and Xi Jinping’s important discourse on ideological and political education,and analyzes the inevitability and feasibility of precise teaching in college Civics class,the "post-00 The new requirements of "post-00" college students,"student-centered" teaching concept and "problem-oriented" education reform have all put forward the inevitable requirements for the development of precise teaching in Civic Studies,while the development of information technology,the ideological guidance of precise Civic The development of information technology,the ideological guidance of precise thinking and the thinking of "supply-side reform" also provide the feasibility for its realistic implementation.The third chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the precise teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.The main problems are that the law of education and teaching is not consistent with the law of students’ growth and development,the setting of teaching objectives and the actual ability of students,the supply of teaching content and students’ expectation of teaching,the expression of teaching language and students’ thinking habits,the teaching methods and teaching methods and students’ individual needs,the feedback of teaching evaluation and the investigation of students’ overall quality.The reasons for these problems are that ideological and political course teachers do not have a deep understanding of the changes of college students,do not have a strong control over the focus of teaching objectives,do not have sufficient differentiation of teaching content,do not change teaching language style in a timely manner,do not innovate teaching methods,and do not pay enough attention to teaching evaluation feedback.The fourth chapter is the research on the countermeasures to optimize the precision teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.This part puts forward specific practical expectations for the implementation of the precision teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,and promotes the specific practice of the precision teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities through the accurate identification of students’ needs,the accurate positioning of teaching objectives,the accurate supply of teaching content,the accurate transmission of teaching methods,and the accurate evaluation of teaching effects.Based on the current practical problems of ineffective ideological and political course teaching in colleges and universities,this paper explores and grasps the existing problems and innovative breakthrough points of ideological and political course teaching reform by precision teaching,and comprehensively promotes "targeted" teaching by elaborately designing each link of the practical process of precise teaching of ideological and political course in colleges and universities,so as to better play the educational mission of ideological and political course in the new era.And cultivate more talents for Chinese modernization.
