In recent years,China’s anti-drug work has achieved remarkable results,and the number of drug users has declined.However,with the increase in drug patterns,changes in drug packaging,diversification of channels for obtaining drugs,and the gradual increase in the concealment of drugs,more and more young people are actively or Passive participation in drug use has had a serious impact on young people and their families,and it has also brought new challenges to China’s anti-drug work.In this study,first of all,by consulting relevant literature,we understand the current situation of drug prevention education for adolescents,the problems existing in drug prevention education for adolescents,the reasons for drug abuse among adolescents,and the forms of drug prevention education for adolescents.Then use the method of questionnaire survey and structured interview to collect relevant data.Finally,according to Bandura’s social learning theory and Erikson’s psychosocial development theory,construct a practical model of group work to solve the problem of adolescent drug prevention education.The model is divided into five stages: estimation(needs assessment),planning(recruitment and selection of team members,formulation of plans,risk assessment),intervention(awareness enhancement,capacity enhancement),assessment(process assessment,outcome assessment),case closure(successes and shortcomings).Based on Bandura ’s social learning theory and Erikson ’s psychosocial development theory,10-14-year-old adolescents in L community of Shenzhen were taken as the research object,and 10 group activities were carried out by using the professional method of group social work.In the group activities,we popularize the knowledge of drug types,hazards,anti-drug laws and regulations,life sources,career planning,self-exploration,healthy dating methods and other knowledge to the community youth,and lead the youth to visit and experience the anti-drug education base on the spot.Through the comparison before and after the social work intervention of the youth to participate in the drug prevention education,it is found that after the youth participate in the group,the drug knowledge is richer than before,the ability of the youth to recognize,distinguish and reject drugs has been enhanced,and the youth are far away from drugs and guide relatives and friends to stay away from drugs.Initiative is also stronger.Based on the analysis and reflection on the practical process,the advantages of team work involvement are obtained:First,in-depth exploration of service needs can design more targeted service content.Secondly,flexible use of professional skills can effectively ensure the smooth progress of the group.Thirdly,group activities are highly reproducible and can be replicated in other social work fields.Suggestions for social work intervention in drug prevention education for adolescents are as follows:Firstly,enhance the sense of belonging among team members and prevent the alienation of group relationships;Secondly,utilize the group mutual assistance system to play the role of peer education;Thirdly,strengthen service tracking to ensure the continuity of educational effectiveness;Fourthly,build a drug control service system and create a non-toxic environment. |
