| Since China entered an aging society,the aging of China’s population has further deepened.The demographic dividend is gradually declining,and problems such as excessive pressure on pension payments have come one after another.Under the superposition of multiple factors,China has put the delayed retirement policy on the agenda.China is expected to officially implement the gradual delayed retirement policy in 2025,but no formal policy provisions have been issued yet.As we all know,before a policy is promulgated,the attitude of the audience has a significant impact on the achievement of public policy goals and the implementation of policies.Therefore,this article takes college teachers as the research object to understand the retirement willingness of teachers and their influencing factors,in order to provide a certain reference for the formulation of relevant policies in China and ensure the smooth implementation of China’s delayed retirement policy.This paper mainly uses the expectation theory,Maslow’s demand hierarchy theory and optimal retirement model as theoretical support.First of all,this article puts forward corresponding assumptions on the basis of literature research.Subsequently,taking college teachers in Xi’an as the research object,questionnaires were distributed by random sampling.Descriptive analysis of college teachers’ willingness to delay retirement at the personal,policy level,work level and family level,And the logistic regression model of the two-classification variable is used for in-depth analysis of the influencing factors.Finally,on the basis of research and analysis,the research hypothesis is verified,the influencing factors that show significant correlation of the willingness to delay retirement are explained and analyzed,and targeted suggestions are put forward to provide some reference for the introduction of China’s delayed retirement policy. |
