| Under the background of the integration of sports and education,breaking down the barriers of system and mechanism and promoting the comprehensive integration of physical education ideas,objectives,resources and measures are important measures to comprehensively promote the construction of education modernization and sports modernization.The rock climbing project is a non-competitive project in China’s competitive sports.Although the rock climbing team in Yunnan Province has been established for a short time,it has delivered 3 players to the national team.How to meet the comprehensive quality development of student athletes in Yunnan Province while ensuring the delivery of national excellent competitive reserve talents,How to make the athletes of Yunnan Province have the ability to integrate into social competition while winning glory for the country is a problem that needs to be considered in the training process of competitive reserve talents in Yunnan Province.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview and field survey,this study deeply analyzes the problems existing in the training practice of rock climbing talents in Yunnan province under the background of the integration of physical education,clarifying the problem solving ideas and formulating the solution strategy of the integration of physical education,so as to provide references for the sustainable training of rock climbing talents in Yunnan Province.The research conclusions are as follows: First of all,Yunnan Rock Climbing team has achieved remarkable results in talent training.After nearly 4 years of exploration in the training practice of provincial team school-run mode,the competitive level of Yunnan Rock Climbing team has been steadily improved,and 3 members have been sent to the national team in total,which has laid a solid foundation for Yunnan competitive rock climbing and been recognized by the sports and education departments.Secondly,Yunnan Rock Team talent training system and mechanism need to be improved,which is embodied in the physical mechanism of talent through training and the guarantee mechanism of software and hardware of talent training.Finally,the dual identity responsibilities and rights of members of Yunnan Climbing Team need to be further clarified,and the competition training responsibilities and obligations and cultural learning requirements of the athletes and student athletes of Yunnan Climbing team need to be further clarified,so as to help them to identify their identities,establish appropriate personal development direction and goals,and help them develop in an all-round way.According to the conclusion,the following suggestions are made: First,take the deep integration of physical education as the guiding ideology,strengthen the top-level design of talent training,clarify the medium and long term goals of talent training,and do a good job in the dredging work of talent diversion in the rock climbing team.Second,take the deep integration of physical education as an opportunity to improve the system and mechanism.By building a coordinated talent training system of sports institutes,sports bureaus and education departments,the hardware and software guarantee mechanism in the current talent training process is improved,and a complete talent reserve and training system and mechanism of "city team and school run" and "county team and school run" are formed.Thirdly,the main goal of physical education is to clarify the responsibilities of all parties,and further clarify the competition training responsibilities and obligations and cultural learning requirements of the enrolled and non-enrolled rock-climbing students,so as to help the athletes and student-athletes establish identity. |
