With the continuous promotion of China’s reform and opening-up,various foreign educational institutions have come into existence.However,with the popularity of O2O(Online To Offline)e-commerce,the current education and training circles in China are generally faced with the problem that online teaching can not effectively combine online and offline.FD training companies are also faced with difficulties such as low online and offline integration,unintegrated marketing promotion,and low operational efficiency,which leads to problems such as chaotic business patterns,high marketing costs,high student training costs,declining customer willingness to buy,and so on.In short,the existing marketing strategy of FD training company can no longer meet the new needs,and there are the following problems in marketing strategy:(1)unclear positioning of network marketing users;(2)Internet brand promotion needs to be improved;(3)single network marketing channel;(4)low degree of differentiation of network marketing;(5)low customer satisfaction with network marketing.Based on consumer behavior theory and network marketing theory,this paper discusses the shortcomings and improvement measures in the marketing strategies of FD education and training enterprises.Specifically,the research content of this paper mainly includes four parts:(1)reviewing and commenting on the relevant theories of network marketing;(2)analyzing the current marketing situation of FD Education and training Company;(3)discussing the existing problems of network marketing of FD Education and training Company through questionnaire survey;(4)putting forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the network marketing strategy of FD Education and training Company.In view of the above problems,the countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper are as follows:(1)to locate the target customers through the online community;(2)to enhance the online influence of the brand;(3)to expand the distribution channel with the combination of online and offline;and(4)to implement the corresponding safeguard measures on the basis of online marketing strategy.The paper concludes with an analysis of the current market environment and the current state of the domestic and overseas markets,using SWOT analysis to study the entire overseas learning industry and the enterprise itself.It has been found that social media marketing methods rely on internet technology to survive,which helps it achieve information dissemination and sharing.The resulting impact cannot be compared to that of traditional media. |
