The reports of the 19th and 20th National Congresses of the Party both emphasize the need to promote the collaborative governance of multiple subjects and to form a new pattern of social governance of "co-construction,co-management and sharing".The modernization of social governance is inseparable from the revitalization of the countryside, and it is of great practical significance to promote the collaborative governance of multiple subjects in the development of the countryside. At present, rural tourism has become an important industry in rural development, and many rural areas are committed to developing various rural tourism projects.Guided by the theory of collaborative governance, this paper uses observation and in-depth interviews to investigate the actual situation of tourism development projects in Community H.It analyses the problem of multi-subject collaboration in tourism development projects in Village H and the reasons for its occurrence, and at the same time proposes strategies for social work to intervene in the collaboration of multi-subjects in community projects from the theoretical perspective of the regional development model. The study found that the problems of multi-subject synergy in the H community development project were mainly reflected in the poor communication betweens ubjects,Insufficient participation of some subjects and failure to form a synergy of multi-subjects.The main reasons for this are unequal communication stat between subjects, conflicting interests between subjects, insufficient awareness of synergy among some subjects, and the lack of a synergy platform for multiple subjects.Based on this, four social work intervention strategies are proposed, including fostering community organisations to enhanceresidents’ organisational level, building a synergy platform for multiple subjects to promote interaction and cooperation, clarifying the relationship of benefit sharing to enhance the motivation of subjects’ synergy, carrying out community e ducation topromote residents’ participation and improving communication efficiency.
