In June 2014,the State Council issued the Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education and stipulated in Article 17 that schools should adhere to the teaching mode of school-enterprise cooperation and engineering integration,attach importance to practical training,deepen the reform of the combination of "teaching" and "learning",and integrate project-based learning and case study teaching into classroom teaching.In addition,project-based learning and case study teaching should be integrated into classroom teaching,so as to train a number of high-quality skilled workers and qualified craftsmen for China.The thesis mainly adopts the research methods of literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and classroom observation method,etc.The class 20 accounting 1 and accounting 2 classes of YZ Vocational Education Centre were selected as the implementation objects,and the control group and experimental group were used to control the research,combined with certain theoretical basis.Firstly,the theoretical bases of teaching and learning interaction theory,humanistic learning theory and learning migration theory were used to sort out the relevant literature on case teaching method research at home and abroad;the learning interests,learning habits,learning methods,classroom feelings,difficulties encountered and students’ opinions on the classroom of students in YZ Secondary School were investigated,and interviews were conducted to understand the basic situation of current teachers teaching Corporate Financial Accounting in the classroom.This led to an in-depth investigation of the current teaching status of the course Corporate Financial Accounting in YZ Vocational Education Centre,and an analysis of the necessity and advantages of applying the case teaching method to the current course.Secondly,the case teaching method is applied to this course,based on the analysis of the course,taking the "Determination of inventory recording value" as an example,the specific teaching design is carried out mainly from the teaching links of preparation before class,introduction of the case,decomposition and guidance of the case,case discussion,display and review of the discussion results,and summing up of the class.The design of each teaching session highlights the concept of "student-centred" classroom.The teaching was carried out according to the design.At the end of the implementation,the application effect was investigated through classroom observation and questionnaires,and the experimental data obtained were analysed with SPSS software to identify the advantages and shortcomings of the current application process,Meanwhile,corresponding countermeasures were put forward for the problems existing in the current application process.The thesis concludes with a summary of the research findings based on the effectiveness of the implementation of the case study method in the course of Corporate Financial Accounting.From the current study,it can be found that the case teaching method can improve students’ interest in learning and promote the development of students’ overall quality,and at the same time,it can also promote the development of teachers’ quality in all aspects.As can be seen,this study demonstrates the necessity and advantages of the case teaching method applied to the course Corporate Financial Accounting,but it is still inevitable that there are still some problems throughout the research process,and the thesis also concludes with an outlook and summary of the shortcomings that exist throughout the study.
