"Curriculum ideological and political education" is an inevitable requirement for implementing the fundamental task of Lide and cultivating people,and it is the only way to promote various courses to play the role of collaborative education.Under the guidance of the concept of "course ideology and politics",the exploration and integration of ideological and political elements of professional courses in secondary vocational schools,to make professional education and ideological and political education go together in the same direction is the foundation for secondary vocational schools to realize morality and cultivate people.The effective means of the task meets the society’s demand for highquality skilled talents with "equal emphasis on morality and skill",which is the proper meaning of vocational education reform.Through the literature research method,this paper sorts out the academic research literature on curriculum ideology and politics at home and abroad,and sorts out and summarizes the related concepts,theoretical basis and domestic and foreign research status of curriculum ideology and politics.Through the questionnaire survey of students,we can understand students’ demands for ideological and political teaching in the course,determine the feasibility of carrying out ideological and political teaching in the course,provide a basis for the teaching design of ideological and political teaching in the course,and understand the current status of ideological and political teaching in the course through interviews with teachers.The investigation shows that there are some problems in the construction of ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools,such as teachers’ lack of understanding of ideological and political education in the curriculum,single teaching means and limited development of teaching resources.It is necessary to promote the further construction of ideological and political education in the curriculum.According to the internal requirements of ideological and political ideas of the curriculum,the teaching principles of natural integration,flexibility and diversity,student center and equal emphasis on ethics and technology are determined.Under the guidance of OBE education concept,the paper analyzes the needs of the country,the industry and the students,and sets up knowledge objectives,ability objectives and ideological and political objectives according to the needs of all parties and the analysis of teaching materials and learning situation.According to the ideological and political goals,the ideological and political elements are determined in six aspects: ideal and belief,humanistic quality,professional spirit,legal consciousness,philosophical thought and sound personality.In addition,the ideological and political elements contained in the knowledge learned in each chapter and corresponding ideological and political cases are dug out according to the sequence of chapters,and the application of ideological and political cases is illustrated with examples.According to the principle of output-oriented,student-centered and continuous improvement,the teaching evaluation scheme under the ideological and political ideas of the curriculum is designed.On this basis,the course ideological and political teaching process is designed,and the "Project Investment Management Overview" in the fifth section of the fourth chapter of "Financial Management" is taken as an example,from the design ideas,learning situation analysis,teaching content analysis,teaching objectives,teaching difficulties,teaching process and teaching evaluation and other aspects of the specific application of teaching design.In the teaching practice stage,based on the above teaching ideas,practical teaching is carried out in H City secondary vocational school.On the one hand,by comparing the ideological and political level of the class before and after the implementation of curriculum ideological and political teaching,the effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political teaching design is confirmed.On the other hand,combined with the interview results of accounting teachers,this paper reflects on the problems existing in teaching practice,and puts forward relevant suggestions from the practical level,that is,to further develop and promote teaching resources,pay attention to the innovation of teaching methods and means,improve the evaluation system of ideological and political teaching,and strengthen the construction of teachers of ideological and political teaching.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the construction of ideological and political courses for accounting majors in secondary vocational schools,and to promote the effective implementation of the fundamental task of morality and talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools.Through the research of this paper,it is found that curriculum ideological and political can make students improve their interest in learning,develop good study habits,and at the same time establish the correct value direction,and achieve the goal of curriculum ideological and political education.Through this teaching practice,the further integration of course ideology and politics and "Financial Management" in secondary vocational schools has been promoted.It is hoped that frontline teachers and experts and scholars can carry out more in-depth research in practice in the future. |
