With the development of economic globalization,improving the ability of scientific and technological innovation has become an important strategic task for China.Industry-university-research patent cooperation is an important way to achieve this strategic task,and it is also an effective way to promote the cooperative innovation and development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle.The industry-university-research cooperation model has gradually evolved from a single cooperation model to a complex network cooperation model,and the exchanges and cooperation between innovation subjects have become increasingly frequent,which has also led more scholars to study the industry-university-research patent cooperation network.However,few existing studies have covered the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle,and the research content focuses on the measurement and evolution analysis of network features,the impact of network characteristics on innovation performance,and the analysis of network drivers,and less attention is paid to the relationship between patent cooperation networks and patent quality.At the same time,universities have relatively rich patent resources,and the improvement of patent quality of universities plays an important role in promoting the construction of the national innovation system and improving the scientific and technological innovation ability of universities.Therefore,it is of great practical value and theoretical significance to further study the influence effect of the industry-university-research patent cooperation network of Chengdu-Chongqing universities on patent quality.Based on this,this paper takes the Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle as the research background,takes the industry-university-research patent cooperation universities of the Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle as the research sample,uses the Incopat patent service platform to search for invention authorized patents applied by universities within the Chengdu-Chongqing Shuangcheng Economic Circle,and constructs the industry-university-research patent cooperation network of Chengdu-Chongqing universities in stages,aiming to reveal the evolution law of the industry-university-research patent cooperation network of Chengdu-Chongqing universities and explore the impact of the network on patent quality.Firstly,with the help of Ucinet and Gephi software,the network is measured and analyzed from the two levels of the overall network and the individual network.Secondly,the influence of industry-university-research patent cooperation network on patent quality in Chengdu-Chongqing universities is empirically explored from two different dimensions of network structure characteristics and network node centrality through binary logistic regression model.Finally,combined with the actual situation of industry-university-research in Chengdu-Chongqing universities,the empirical results are analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions are provided for promoting the patent cooperation between industry-university-research in Chengdu-Chongqing universities and improving their patent quality.According to the research in this paper,the following conclusions are finally obtained: first,the measurement and evolution analysis based on the characteristics of the industry-university-research patent cooperation network of Chengdu-Chongqing universities: the industry-university-research patent cooperation network of Chengdu-Chongqing universities presents significant phased characteristics;Different types of patent cooperation have different positions in the industry-university-research patent cooperation network of Chengdu-Chongqing universities;The industry-university-research patent cooperation network of Chengdu-Chongqing universities is greatly affected by technological proximity.Second,it can be seen from the return results of the industry-university-research patent cooperation network in Chengdu-Chongqing universities on patent quality: on the one hand,the network structure characteristics have a significant impact on patent quality,among which network density has a negative impact on patent quality,and network scale has a significant positive impact on patent quality;On the other hand,the centrality of network nodes has a great influence on patent quality,among which the degree centrality and intermediary centrality have a significant positive effect on patent quality,while the proximity centrality is not conducive to the improvement of patent quality.In this regard,universities should strengthen the importance of patent quality from the research and development stage,so as to improve regional innovation capabilities,which is of great significance to promote the deep integration of industry,education and research in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle. |
