Objective: To explore the relationship between feedforward control and neural activity in the brain of golf players of different genders and sports levels,so as to provide targeted training for athletes to improve their sports performance in competitions, enrich the theoretical research of traditional technical training, and effectively help athletes to improve their sports performance.Research Methods: 30 golfers of different sports levels and different genders were recruited as experimental subjects.Functional near infrared spectroscopy(f NIRS)and EEG were combined to detect the two-modal characteristics of the brain waves and the changes of oxygen and hemoglobin concentration in the cerebral cortex of golfers when they were putting from two dimensions of space and time.Univariate analysis of variance and independent sample T test were used to statistically analyze the data of different exercise levels and different genders. The results are as follows:(1)When golfers of different sports levels putted, the correct putter rate of professional golfers was higher than that of amateur golfers and novice golfers, and the difference was very significant(P < 0.01);When golfers of different genders putt, the correct putt rate of male golfers is higher than that of female golfers, the difference is very significant(P < 0.01).(2)When golfers of different sports levels putt, the Theta power of Fz and Pz points of golfers in professional group is higher than that of golf players in amateur group and novice group, and the difference of Theta waves of Fz and Pz points is very significant(P <0.01);When golfers of different genders putt, the Fz and Pz Theta power of male golfers is higher than that of female golfers, and the difference of Fz and Pz Theta wave is very significant(P < 0.01).The Alpha1 and Alpha2 power of professional golfers was higher than that of amateur golfers and novice golfers, and the difference of Alpha1 and Alpha2 power of Fz,Pz,Cz,T3,T4 and Oz points was very significant(P < 0.01).The Alpha1 and Alpha2 power of male golfers was higher than that of female golfers, and the Alpha1 power of Fz,Pz,T3 and T4 points had significant differences(P < 0.01),while the Cz and Oz points had significant differences(P <0.05).Pz,Cz and T4 had significant differences in Alpha2 power(P < 0.01),while Fz,T3 and Oz had significant differences(P < 0.05).The SMR power of Cz and Pz points of golfers in professional group was higher than that of amateur golfers and novice golfers, and the difference of SMR waves of Cz and Pz points was very significant(P< 0.01).When golfers of different genders putt,SMR power of male golfers is higher than that of female golfers, the difference of SMR power of Cz point is very significant(P < 0.01),and the difference of Pz point is significant(P < 0.05).(3)Comparative analysis of oxygenated hemoglobin content in the brain region of golfers with different exercise levels during putter. The oxygenated hemoglobin content of professional golfers was higher than that of amateur golfers and novice golfers, and the oxygenated hemoglobin content of frontal and occipital regions was significantly different(P < 0.05),while the oxygenated hemoglobin content of exercise regions was significantly different(P < 0.01);Comparative analysis of oxygenated hemoglobin content in the brain of golfers of different genders showed that the oxygenated hemoglobin content in male golfers was higher than that in female golfers, and the differences in frontal, motor and occipital regions were significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Male golfers have certain advantages over female golfers in many aspects of putting.(2)The motor skills of professional golfers have reached the automatic stage, and they can show better motor planning in the feedforward control of movement preparation, reduce the influence of irrelevant information on the expected results, and thus improve their sports performance.Meanwhile, professional golfers are better at the allocation of attention resources, motor planning and control, oral analysis,Action information integration,visual-spatial attention and other abilities were better than amateur group and novice group.(3)Under the monitoring of functional near infrared spectroscopy(f NIRS)system during putter of golfers, there are significant differences in the oxygenated hemoglobin content in the brain of golfers in the professional group and that in the amateur and novice groups, and in the brain of male golfers and that in the female golfers.
