Research On Influencing Factors Of Digital Archives Construction Based On DEMATEL

With the rapid development of information technology,the industrial structure has begun a new change,which has set off an upsurge of information and digital development.The pace of digitization of resources determines the level of a country’s economic and cultural development.As an important part of information resources,archives resources have become a key part in the process of informatization.Facing the impact of digital power,the development of archives is facing great challenges.In order to respond to the general policy of modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and to meet the needs of keeping pace with the times,the service utilization form and longterm storage of archives resources must conform to the development trend.In recent years,the construction of digital archives has emerged as the times require.It has become an information resource library integrating resource construction,service utilization and longterm preservation in the new era,creating and leading service changes.Digital collection resources are favored by the majority of users because of its convenient transmission,Internet sharing,high efficiency and real-time.Compared with traditional archives,digital archives has incomparable advantages.Breaking through the span of time and space.broadening service channels and improving efficient service are its significant advantages.Therefore,the construction of digital archives is a magic weapon to realize resource sharing,improve resource utilization and improve service level,which plays an important role in the development of China’s archives.In this context,in order to respond to the call of national construction of archives power and promote the construction of large-scale digital archives in various regions,this paper analyzes the current situation of China’s Digital Archives Construction on the basis of in-depth investigation,and finds that the construction level of China’s digital archives is different and the progress is slow.In the face of the difficulties in the construction of digital archives,this paper uses DEMATEL model to identify the key factors affecting the construction of Digital Archives in China,and puts forward corresponding strategies.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of Digital Archives in China are explained in detail,and the research methods and implementation steps of the subject are clarified.Then,under the guidance of relevant theory and practical operation experience,the initial influencing factors set of digital archives construction is extracted by using qualitative comprehensive integration method,and then the direct influence matrix,standardized influence matrix and comprehensive influence matrix are obtained by using DEMATEL model,and the influence degree,affected degree,centrality and cause degree are calculated to identify the key influencing factors of digital archives construction,In view of these key factors,this paper puts forward the control strategy of digital archives construction,in order to provide some reference for the construction of digital archives at all levels,speed up the pace of digital archives construction,and promote the sustainable development of national archives.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly describes the background and significance of this topic,and analyzes the research status of digital archives construction at home and abroad,and then clarifies the research content,research methods,innovation and organizational structure of this paper;The second chapter introduces the concept and characteristics of digital archives,the method of qualitative integration,the meaning and implementation steps of DEMATEL model;In the third chapter,we use the qualitative comprehensive integration method to extract the initial influencing factor set of digital archives construction,divide the influencing factor dimensions,and explain them.Then we use the DEMATEL model to construct the direct influence matrix,the standardized matrix and the comprehensive influence matrix,and then calculate the influence degree,the affected degree,the center degree and the cause degree,and analyze the relationship between the various factors;The fourth chapter is the key chapter of this paper.According to the influence degree of each influencing factor obtained by DEMATEL model,it focuses on the influence degree and centrality,and finally identifies the key influencing factors of digital archives construction,and analyzes the key factors;In the fifth chapter,based on the comprehensive consideration of the key factors,the author puts forward the control strategies for the construction of Digital Archives in China,which can provide some reference for the construction of Digital Archives in various regions;The sixth chapter summarizes the full text,points out the shortcomings,and puts forward some ideas for future research.
