| In the information age,the rapid development of Internet technology has profoundly changed the speed,media,and content of information dissemination.A large number of texts,pictures,and audiovisual works are digitally stored,which brings convenience to people’s acquisition and use of knowledge.However,at the same time,unauthorised copying and downloading have gradually increased,and copyright infringement has also become easier.This not only seriously damages the author’s creative enthusiasm,but also undermines the fairness and order of the copyright market.Therefore,digital copyright must be protected.Infringement is curbed.As an institution that provides knowledge services,libraries must not only actively seek the digital transformation of knowledge services,but also conform to the realistic requirements of efficient management of the information society,continuously eliminate the shortcomings of traditional copyright management methods,and improve the modernization level of copyright management.Currently,the library’s digital copyright management is inefficient,complicated procedures,high registration costs,unbalanced transaction process,and difficulty in tracing rights.How to improve the security and utilization efficiency of digital resource copyright and realize the co-construction and sharing of information resources,Is a proposition that libraries urgently need to think about.In recent years,blockchain technology has attracted great attention as the underlying technology of Bitcoin.Blockchain includes basic technologies such as hash algorithm,Merkle tree,timestamp,asymmetric encryption,P2P network,consensus mechanism,smart contract,etc.It has technical advantages such as decentralization,non-tampering,openness and credibility,and traceability.Its application range has been extensively extended to various social production and life fields such as finance,logistics,and medical treatment.This inspires libraries.The integration of blockchain technology and digital library copyright management can improve copyright registration information security,reduce copyright transaction costs,and assist in rights protection traceability and evidence collection,which is of great importance to improving the credibility of digital library copyright management significance.Based on the above analysis,the thesis first starts with the blockchain technology,introduces the basic technology of the blockchain,the principle of operation,and summarizes its characteristics.Secondly,it analyzes the copyright risks and legal and technical protection methods of digital libraries,and points out the real dilemmas in copyright management.On this basis,combined with the analysis of blockchain technology and copyright management risks,SWOT analysis is used to give strategic suggestions,and the operation mode of blockchain in the three application scenarios of library digital copyright registration,transaction and traceability is designed.,Using Java programming language to give a code scheme,and summarize the innovative value of blockchain technology applied to library digital copyright management scenarios.Finally,in the face of the challenge of the integration of blockchain technology and digital library copyright management,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:technical research,talent training,standard formulation and standardization. |
