| In the Internet age,with the continuous improvement of information technology capabilities,new media platforms have developed rapidly.Today,with the rapid spread of digital and networked applications,people’s lives and entertainment methods have undergone tremendous changes.As a young generation who has grown up in a digital and networked environment,young users are often no longer satisfied with the basic needs of watching videos when using new media such as online video platforms,but express the new need for interaction and resonance.Predecessors’ research results on video websites reflect that the interaction of traditional comment functions is weak,and the emergence of barrages has better solved this problem.However,the existing research seldom studies the behavior rule,generation mechanism and behavior model of user barrage comment behavior from the group level.The research method of human dynamics provides methodological guidance for the important scientific value of massive human behavior data,and an in-depth understanding of user barrage comment behavior rules and models from a group perspective.It also provides methodological guidance for understanding and grasping user barrage comment behavior rules,and improves video website bombing.The design of the screen comment function is of great significance.Therefore,this article uses the objective data of user barrage comment behavior,using the method of human dynamics,from the group level,to quantitatively analyze the rule of barrage comment behavior of video website users.Based on the timeliness characteristics of barrage comments reflected by actual data,taking into account that users’behavioral decisions when watching barrage videos are more susceptible to the influence of herd effects,according to the informational social impact and normative social impact framework of social impact theory,the impact on the group level The generation mechanism of user barrage comment behavior is analyzed.On this basis,a dynamic model of barrage comment behavior based on the theory of social influence is constructed.Through multiple simulation experiments on a large number of sample data,and the use of relevant statistical indicators The experimental results are tested to verify the effectiveness of the model proposed in this article,and it is hoped that the rules of barrage comment behavior of video website users can be more accurately identified.The research content of this article mainly includes the following three points:First,dig out the descriptive statistical characteristics of user barrage comments on barrage video sites.This article uses objective data generated by barrage video website user barrage comment behavior,including 959 video samples,a total of 228855 barrage comment records,using the analysis method of human dynamics,quantitative analysis of multiple indicators such as time interval,burstiness,memory,volatility,etc.,to explore the statistical characteristics of user barrage comment behavior on barrage video websites.The analysis results are as follows:At the group level,the time interval distribution of user barrage comment behaviors exhibits a significant power-law distribution feature under the double logarithmic coordinate.The power exponent of the sample data is between 0.7-1.5,and the average value is 1.1625.The barrage comment behavior of group users is more active during the noon break and the time before going to bed at night.Barrage comment behavior has obvious characteristics of burstiness,volatility and weak memory.Second,refine the influencing factors of user barrage comment behavior on barrage video sites.On the one hand,in the process of statistical analysis of sample data,this article found that 49%of the sample data’s barrage comment increment reached the maximum within 24 hours after the video was released,and 51%of the sample data was also within 48 hours.Gained the largest increase in barrage comments within.This result indicates that the barrage comment behavior of group users shows strong time-sensitive characteristics.On the other hand,the repetitive characteristics of barrage comments show that in a group environment,users are more willing to be consistent with the group’s opinions in order to get the group’s recognition and acceptance out of a herd mentality,which leads to behavioral imitation.This phenomenon shows that the barrage comment behavior of group users has an obvious herd effect.The above two points coincide with the informational social influence described by the social influence theory and the normative social influence.Therefore,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of sample data based on the social influence theory,starting from the two perspectives of informational social influence and normative social influence,To extract the two main influencing factors of the barrage comment behavior of the barrage video website users-the timeliness of information and the group comment rate,so as to lay the foundation for the construction of the barrage comment behavior model.Third,construct a barrage comment behavior model based on social influence theory.Based on the analysis results of the descriptive statistical characteristics of barrage comment behavior,this paper uses the model construction method of human dynamics and integrates the theory of social influence to try to construct a dynamic model of barrage comment behavior based on the theory of social influence.Repeated simulation experiments,using relevant statistical indicators to test the experimental results,in order to verify the effectiveness of the model proposed in this article.The experimental results show that the simulation results of the sample data also obey the power-law distribution and have significant fat-tail characteristics,which are similar to the real results of the sample data.The absolute value of the relative error between the simulated power exponent and the actual power exponent is less than 0.5%.This result shows that the barrage comment behavior model proposed in this paper based on the social influence theory can better reproduce the power-law distribution characteristics of the time interval of user barrage comment behavior at the group level.In addition,this result also verifies from the side that the timeliness of information and the rate of group comments are important factors influencing the generation of user barrage comments.To a certain extent,it is conducive to better understanding and mastering the relevant laws of user barrage comment behavior,and it also helps barrage video websites to optimize the design of barrage functions and improve user experience. |
