With the development of information networks,knowledge dissemination and exchange have become key factors for social progress.Therefore,scientific research has also received more and more attention and has become an important driving force for the development of the times.In this context,the scientific research activities of scientific researchers have become more frequent and complex,and scientific research cooperation has gradually become the mainstream scientific research method for scholars.However,this type of scientific research cooperation is dominated by traditional scientific research methods for a long period of time.Gradually,people are no longer satisfied with the traditional scientific research methods,and want to communicate and cooperate with more scholars to meet the rapid growth of knowledge and the scientific research requirements brought by fast-updated science and technology.Therefore,the virtual academic community has gradually entered the field of vision of scientific researchers and has become an emerging platform for academic exchanges and cooperation.It has broadened the channels for scholars to cooperate in scientific research.With the development and improvement of virtual academic communities such as Academia.edu,Research Gate,Science Net,Xiaomu Chong and Economic Management Forum,it has attracted many outstanding researchers to become loyal users of these platforms.And it is constantly attracting new users to join in,gradually forming a virtuous circle of scientific research cooperation.Since the virtual academic community is a knowledge-intensive academic platform,scientific research cooperation has become the mainstream activity of the platform,which is of great significance for promoting the output of scientific research results.Therefore,exploring the influencing factors of scientific research cooperation in virtual academic communities can correctly identify the dimensions that promote scientific research cooperation,which is of great significance to the development of virtual academic communities.This research takes virtual academic community users as the research object,through summarizing and combing the existing research and related theories of virtual academic community,extracting 7 factors that affect scientific research cooperation of virtual academic community to construct a research model,and proposing related hypotheses,and then using Structural equation model and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis are used to conduct empirical research and analyze the factors that affect scientific research cooperation in virtual academic communities.The research results of this paper show that performance expectations,perceived pleasure,reciprocity,social influence,effort expectations,and incentive mechanisms positively affect scientific research cooperation in virtual academic communities,and the contributing factors show positive insignificant effects in the structural equation modeI.Due to the limitations of structural equation model research,the interaction between conditional variables is not considered.Therefore,the qualitative comparative analysis method of fuzzy sets is further used to analyze the configuration effect of scientific research cooperation.The study found that the seven conditional variables were either the core condition or the auxiliary condition,all having an impact on the results,and the formation mechanism of scientific research cooperation behavior was explored.The antecedents that trigger the formation of scientific research cooperation include:"Performance Expectation*~Reciprocity*Effort Expectancy*Incentive Mechani sm*Facilitating Conditions","Performance Expectation*Perceived Pleasure*Social Influ ence*Incentive Mechanism","Performance Expectation*~Perceived Pleasure*~Social Influence*Effort Expectancy*Incentive Mechanism*Facilitating Conditions","Perceived Pleasure*~Reciprocity*~Effort Expectancy*Incentive Mechanism*Facilitating Condition s","Performance Expectation*Perceived PIeasure*Social Influence*Effort Expectancy*Facilitating Conditions ","Perceived Pleasure*Reciprocity*Social Influence*Effort Expe ctancy*Incentive Mechanism" six kinds.Finally,based on the research results,corresponding suggestions are put forward to promote the healthy development of the virtual academic community.To sum up,this article combines structural equation model and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method for research,and enriches the research approaches of factors affecting scientific research cooperation in virtual academic communities.In addition,this article also reveals the antecedent composition of scientific research cooperation,and provides theoretical guidance for improving scientific research cooperation in virtual academic communities.
