| With the rapid development of the world economic integration,the development of the integration of science and technology is catching up with each other.Under both of the trend of the joint development,the competition among the contemporary enterprises has gradually transformed into products and services as the main competition aspect.Because the product optimization and upgrading is related to a high-quality supply chain,and the supplier is at the top of the supply chain,the quality of suppliers is of great importance to the development of an enterprise.In the competition between enterprises,if we have strong,high-quality and stable supplier resources,then we will be in the dominant position in the fierce market competition.Therefore,supplier management has become a necessary issue in the development of modern enterprises.Doing well in supplier management can not only help enterprises to improve their production and sales level,but also effectively enhance their core competitiveness.However,at present,many enterprises do not realize that the reason for their stagnant development is that they do not do a good job in supplier management,or there are still many loopholes in supplier management,which increases many unnecessary risks and costs in the development of enterprises.Based on the theory of supplier management,this paper discusses the current situation of supplier management in the whole semiconductor industry,and summarizes the major supplier management problems,and takes company A as the representative of the industry for research.Through the questionnaire survey of the procurement department of company A and analysis of both supplier management deficiencies and the causes of the existing problems.Combined with the current reality of the company’s corresponding solutions to the opinions and suggestions.It is hoped that it can not only help company A improve its supplier management system,reducing its unnecessary production and operation risks,and facilitate its development.It also provides reference and thinking for the supplier management of the whole industry and promotes the development of the industry. |
