With the development of China ’ s Internet,from the growing network population to the continuous iteration of network application technology.The internet content world become increasingly rich and colorful.With the influence of social politics,economy and cultural psychology,the internet contentworld becomes more complicated.Among them,the rumor’ s spread phenomenon is a prominent performance.People have various explanations on why the ancient rumor phenomenon so developed in the Internet age.Rumors are the ancient media that coexist and develop with human society.There must be a gene of life.It is also bound to be directly affected by social politics,economy,psychological and cultural aspects.Since entering the 21st century,the prosperity of rumors can not be separated from the network media technology and social media trend.This paper argues that understanding Internet rumors must return to ’ enjoy ’ rumors.That is the cognitive psychology of the audience.Therefore,this article pays special attention to the relationship between network rumors and people ’s psychological depth.Trying to probe into the formation and function of human brain thinking consciousness and cognitive structure,to provide a new idea for explaining the high-energy spread of rumors.This paper divided three parts : First,combing the general phenomenon of network rumors spread.Secondly,from the cognitive psychological level.Analysis of psychological cognition and its promotion factors in the process of internet rumor dissemination.It includes the influence of psychological factors such as motivation,belief and prejudice on human external behavior.Among them,combined with typical cases,this paper focuses on how the important psychology of ’ confirming bias ’ plays a special role in rumor spreading.Third,based on the practice and theoretical analysis of the spread of online rumors in recent years.This paper summarizes the problems in the practice of rumor management in China.And mainly based on the concept of modern public opinion governance put forward countermeasures to prevent rumors.
