Research On Service Quality Improvement Of Shared Motorcycles Based On Repair Data

To a certain extent,shared motorcycles complement and improve the shortcomings and disadvantages of shared motorcycles.They are a new way of travel under the sharing economy.With the rise of the concept of carbon neutralization and the growth of sharing economy,shared motorcycles are playing a more and more important role in daily travel.For many office workers,the travel mode of "subway,bus + shared riding" has become a daily standard.Shared motorcycles meet the travel needs of multiple scenarios and enhance the vitality of the city.Among them,commuting,shopping,leisure and entertainment and parking public transport are the main riding scenarios.The demand for commuting and shopping exceeds 40%.At present,the policy guidance for sharing motorcycles in China is not clear,mainly due to the challenges and regulatory difficulties brought by sharing motorcycles to urban management,the government departments do not have effective management tools and grasp to effectively manage the sharing motorcycles enterprises,and the users’ experience satisfaction is not perfect.Using the relevant methods of text mining,this paper establishes the service quality evaluation model of shared motorcycles,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the service quality.Based on the study of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper determines the research content and technical route of this paper.Firstly,this paper deconstructs the whole riding process of shared motorcycles,clusters the repair data fed back by users based on the method of text analysis,and analyzes the service quality problems existing in the operation process of shared motorcycles.Secondly,based on SERVQUAL scale,this paper designs the dimension of service quality evaluation of shared motorcycles.Combined with the characteristics of shared motorcycles and the specific problems of the above repair data,20 service quality evaluation indexes of shared motorcycles are designed.Then,a questionnaire survey is conducted according to the determined evaluation indicators to investigate the basic information and travel characteristics of users.Finally,the satisfaction survey data of the questionnaire are used for IPA analysis to judge the improvement priority of each survey index.On this basis,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy for the service quality evaluation of shared motorcycles.This paper studies the related contents of service quality evaluation of shared motorcycles,which provides a reference direction for shared motorcycles service providers to improve service quality.At the same time,in the process of selecting specific evaluation indicators,this paper makes text analysis based on the repair report data fed back by users,so as to make the selected indicators more scientific and reasonable.,It has certain theoretical and practical significance for the further promotion of shared motorcycles.
