With the development of computer technology,Virtual Reality(VR)technology combined with panoramic video is becoming more and more prominent and widely applied in all walks of life as a new information communication medium,so it has received extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad. In terms of information perception, the current research of scholars at home and abroad mainly focuses on the sense of experience and presence brought by VR to users,as well as some influential factors and effects of presence. There are few researches on the effect of user information acceptance, especially the research on the objective effect of user acceptance. There are also few studies on the relationship between telepresence and reception effect. However,as a new kind of information communication media focusing on the sense of presence,it is of great significance for the development of VR as a communication medium to study the strength of the user’s information reception effect in VR and the correlation between the sense of presence and the information reception effect. This study took traditional media as the effect control of VR media to conduct relevant research. In order to solve the problem that there were relatively few researches on user information reception effect in different media and the researches were mainly based on subjective evaluation, this paper proposed "Is the information reception effect of experiencer better than traditional media in virtual reality environment" as problem 1,and the effect of information reception was objectively quantified; In order to solve the problem that there were few researches on the relationship between the sense of presence experienced by users in different media and the effect of information reception, this paper proposed "Does the sense of presence affect the effect of information reception" as problem 2,and made a simple supplement to the influence factors of telepresence. In this study, based on the objective quantitative results of the memory effect of the experimenter and subjective evaluation of the immersion perception of the experimenter, combined with SMOTE data enhancement algorithm, the in-depth exploration of the information reception effect and telepresence perception in different media. When exploring question 1,this paper first used Bayesian network to verify the establishment of the dependence relationship between viewing mode and user information reception effect,so as to ensure the basic premise of the study. In the experiment, with the help of probability distribution of Bayesian network, the average scores of the participants’ memory of total,non-positive and local details when watching videos with VR headset was 1.24 times,1.626 times and 1.245 times of that when using i Pad,respectively. The results showed that VR environment was better than i Pad environment in the user’s overall,non-positive and local details of information reception. At the same time, based on the fact that there was little difference in the information reception effect when users use different media to watch video A,and every scene in the video A duration longer than other video, this paper preliminarily concluded that the extension of scene duration can positively affect the information reception effect of users. In question 2,the least square method was used to show that the sense of reality and the sense of participation were significantly correlated with the sense of presence. And in VR environment, the influence of sense of reality and sense of participation on the sense of presence was roughly the same, while in i Pad environment, the influence of sense of participation on the sense of presence was greater.Meanwhile, with the help of few-shot learning prediction algorithm, the user’s sense of presence under different sense of reality and sense of participation was predicted. The results showed that with the decrease of sense of reality and sense of participation, the scores of users on telepresence were 5.00,4.01,2.81,1.92,1.17 and 4.09,4.00,2.73,1.94,1.17,which were also gradually declining. With the help of the above two methods, the experiment showed that the sense of reality and the sense of participation had positive effects on the sense of presence. In the experiment, with the help of feature engineering and classification decision tree,it was known that the user’s score for the sense of presence in the i Pad was always lower than that in the VR,which verified that the experience of the sense of presence in the VR was stronger than that in the i Pad.The regression fitting coefficient and coefficient estimation of the least square method were used in the experiment, which showed that the experiencer’s presence was significantly correlated with the information memory in VR and i Pad environments, and the user’s presence had a greater positive impact on the information reception effect in VR environments. With the help of the results of user information reception predicted by the few-shot learning based on the sense of presence,it was found that the average information reception effect of video A-D decreased from9.20,9.13,8.83 and 10.57 to 8.53,6.80,7.14 and 7.66 with the weakening of the sense of presence. It was proved that the enhancement of user’s sense of presence was beneficial to obtain better information reception effect.
