With the maturity and development of Internet technology,e-commerce has gradually become an indispensable new thing in the daily life of Internet users,and the global economy is entering a new stage.The development of the Internet is constantly changing the format of the traditional insurance industry.Under this background,Internet insurance quietly appears.With the continuous innovation of Internet technology,the insurance industry also needs to combine new technologies and meet new needs to ensure its competitiveness in the industry.Faced with the changing demand,the existing insurance platform is difficult to quickly adjust its function and architecture.At the same time,there are also some problems such as some traditional insurance types are ignored.In order to solve the above problems and meet the work needs of the insurance industry under the new technology environment,the intelligent insurance platform based on micro service and distributed architecture is designed and implemented.In the requirement analysis stage,after analyzing the actual business needs of personnel in the Internet insurance industry,the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are established.And the function of the system is mainly divided into four modules: product module,order module,user module and marketing module.The product module mainly includes various functions such as browsing,screening,management and evaluation of insurance products.The order module mainly includes the user’s insurance business order function.At the same time,it also needs to be responsible for the risk control detection before the user purchases insurance and the insurance claim settlement after the user purchases insurance.The user module is mainly responsible for user’s personal information management and authority management.The marketing module is responsible for improving service experience of the insurance platform,mainly including product recommendation,business introduction and other functions.In the preliminary design stage,considering the increasing complexity of the system,the micro service architecture and related technologies used by the system are finally determined.The database table structure and various functional interfaces of the system are also be designed.In the detailed design and implementation stage,the author uses Spring Cloud framework,My SQL database,Redis and other technologies to complete the design of the intelligent platform.In terms of algorithms,after analyzing the characteristics of insurance products and users,this paper selects the fusion model of Logical Regression and Gradient Boosting Decision Tree,which is more suitable than the traditional models such as Collaborative Filtering and Matrix Decomposition,to realize the recommendation of insurance products.Through comparison experiments,it reflects the obvious advantages of the fusion model compared with the Logical Regression model or Gradient Boosting Decision Tree model.In the final system testing stage,in order to ensure that the system meets the functional requirements of the specification,detailed test cases are prepared to test each function of the system one by one.At present,the intelligent insurance platform has been tested and put into use in the enterprise.So far,it is running well and can well meet the actual business needs of insurance users and practitioners.The launch of the intelligent insurance platform has realized the online,paperless and digital intelligent services of the insurance services.With the help of search engine and recommendation service,it not only solves the embarrassing situation that some traditional insurance types are ignored,but also promotes the transformation of the insurance industry from sales orientation to user orientation.
