Design And Implementation Of R &d Management Platform

With the rapid development of the Internet industry into a stable development stage,solving the pain points of business management and breaking through the bottleneck of team collaboration efficiency have become important ways for enterprises to improve efficiency.Therefore,providing an all-round and whole-process R&D management platform in line with the company’s own business iterative process has become the best choice for most companies to optimize their R&D management mechanism and enhance their own competitiveness.The project described in this paper controls the requirements realization,problem solving,task tracking and other contents based on iteration,so as to promote the main R &D process.The R&D management platform described unified and standardized management of different business roles and different business collaboration methods in enterprise R&D management,realizes all R&D management processes and scenarios,and helps enterprises to measure scientifically through a perfect real-time analysis and monitoring mechanism Project performance,support enterprises in an invincible position in the fierce market competition.In this paper,the research background and significance of this platform are expounded,the current situation of development at home and abroad is analyzed,the main technologies used in the construction of this platform are introduced in detail,and a detailed and specific demand analysis is carried out.The logical structure and system structure of the system are introduced in the form of other forms,and the detailed design process of each module of the system is expounded by using class diagrams and sequence diagrams.This project uses React and Spring Boot as the construction framework,supplemented by the Ant Design front-end UI framework,the data visualization part is implemented by the visualization tool Echarts,and the data storage uses the My SQL database.This article involves a total of five modules.The requirements management module provides the product manager role with the function of requirements management and tracking.The technical OKR(OKR=Objectives+Key Results)module mainly provides the R&D management role with the goal and Key result management function,task management mainly manages tasks related to requirements and technical OKR,version iteration management mainly provides the project manager role to manage the ability to track iteration progress,and background management mainly provides platform administrators with platform user permissions and state flow settings.The research and development management platform that comprehensively considers the internal business management process of the enterprise,after the functional and non-functional testing and verification of the platform,it has been determined that the functional realization of the platform meets the basic needs of users,and the quality has reached the internal research and development standards of the enterprise.At present,the platform has been put into use,and users have reported that the platform greatly meets the team’s needs for the R&D management platform,helps the team improve the efficiency of R&D and team collaboration,and realizes the R&D management process and standardized management.
