The increasing rise of e-commerce has brought convenience to people’s lives and brought huge profits to merchants and e-commerce platforms.However,at the same time,with the growing demand for online shopping,the number of returns and exchanges of goods due to various complex reasons is increasing.Reverse logistics refers to the process in which the merchant customer entrusts the logistics company to deliver the goods from the user to the location of the merchant for subjective and objective reasons.Contrary to the traditional supply chain,reverse logistics management is to plan,control and standardize the flow process of commodities,raw materials,inventories and so on from the place of consumption to the starting point in order to achieve the maximum recovery of commodity value.Today,when the national e-commerce transaction volume reaches trillions,how to solve the management problem of a large number of returned and exchanged goods has become a pain point that e-commerce platforms urgently need to solve.Therefore,building a reverse logistics integrated management system that meets the needs of consumers,customers and e-commerce platforms to unify,process and standardize the management of reverse logistics commodities is the best choice to solve the complex management of e-commerce reverse logistics goods,avoid product and raw material waste,and improve consumer shopping experience.This paper follows the software engineering development specifications and elaborates the system development and design process in detail for the actual business needs of the system.Through the investigation of the project background and the current situation of reverse logistics management at home and abroad,analyze and summarize the problems existing in reverse logistics management,design business needs,and formulate expected goals.The analysis system uses key technologies,including the JSF Asynchronous Remote Call Framework,JIMDB Distributed Cache,JMQ Message Queuing,CLOVER Distributed Task Scheduling Engine,and more.The outline design phase analyzes the overall architecture of the design system and external system interfaces.Design the system to focus on the inbound and outbound processes and use flowcharts to illustrate them.According to the business requirements,the system is divided into five modules: basic management,warehousing management,in-library management,outbound management,and inventory management,and introduces the system module functions and database table field information.In the detailed design phase,the implementation of the system function module is elaborated and the system implementation effect is demonstrated using class diagrams and timing diagrams.In addition,the system is functionally tested and non-functional,and the system function,safety,performance,availability,stability and other indicators are accepted to ensure the normal operation of the system.Reverse logistics integrated management system has been rigorously tested and officially put into production,the system runs smoothly and has complete functions,realizes the unified centralized management of complex return and exchange goods,and can restore product value to the greatest extent and achieve the expected goals of system development.
