| With the rapid development of the industry,the digitization and intelligence of manufacturing equipment continue to deepen,and the transmission of sensor data and the interaction of remote commands become more frequent.Data transmission in industrial systems has an increasing demand for network performance and time synchronization accuracy.Therefore,performance measurement and state characterization of existing networks is extremely important.This paper mainly focuses on the combination of time synchronization requirements and network measurement requirements in the equipment control process.Based on the network time protocol message,a complete and reliable network measurement system is constructed,which provides important information for network status diagnosis and network performance optimization in industrial systems.support.The main research contents and contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)An efficient network measurement packet format based on NTP and a method for sending and receiving NTP measurement data packets based on native sockets are designed.The measurement and calculation of network service quality indicators are completed by using the modified network time protocol message,including the index measurement of the relatively rare one-way network delay and one-way routing hops.Through the native socket-based sending and receiving method,the network bandwidth can be fully utilized during the measurement process and network measurement data of sufficient scale can be obtained within the limited network measurement time.(2)Realize the construction of network measurement system architecture,including the operation process and calculation method of network measurement system module,network configuration module,network data processing module,network feature extraction module and other modules,and design multi-location aggregation domain name address resolution The method collects network measurement targets.(3)Based on the network time protocol measurement method and network measurement system architecture,the network measurement system is realized,and the IP address of the large-scale network time protocol server is measured,which verifies the functionality and reliability of the network measurement system.At the same time,the combination of time synchronization requirements and network measurement requirements in the industrial system is realized,and the network communication pressure from the device management and control platform to the edge access gateway is reduced under the time synchronization accuracy that meets the industrial requirements.At the same time,this thesis is oriented to the needs of network measurement and time synchronization in the industrial network environment.By building a complete and reliable network measurement system,1.4TB of network measurement data is obtained,and the network measurement system is used to draw a visualization of the network measurement performance results.Based on network traffic analysis,this network measurement method has relative advantages in network measurement performance breadth and network communication overhead compared with traditional network measurement methods. |
