The acceleration of globalization makes the supply chain expand in both time and space dimensions.However,with the increasingly complex external environment in recent years,various uncertain factors in the supply chain have also increased.Procurement is an important economic activity of enterprises,many uncertainties aggravate the instability of the enterprise procurement environment,but also bring challenges to enterprise procurement activities.Enterprise J is an enterprise mainly engaged in the processing and manufacturing of electronic components.To reduce the impact of supply risks to a certain extent,the enterprise has been mainly using multi-source procurement to obtain required materials.However,after an on-the-spot investigation on J enterprise,it is found that the enterprise seldom considers the uncertain factors of supply and lacks the guidance of theoretical models in the decision-making process of order allocation.The increase in procurement costs,delays in the normal production progress of the company,and other adverse effects.Therefore,in the uncertain supply environment,how to make a scientific and reasonable purchase order allocation decision has become the main problem facing J enterprise.Based on the above background,this paper first summarizes the overall situation of J enterprise,purchasing process,and order distribution process,based on the research situation and theory at home and abroad,analyzes the J enterprise in material purchase order distribution problems,and analyzes the specific reasons,at the same time,the factors affecting J enterprise order allocation for the comprehensive analysis;Secondly,the insurance mechanism and supply chain contract are introduced to optimize the purchase order allocation decision.Aiming at the problems existing in the procurement activities of J enterprise,the maximization of enterprise income and customer satisfaction are considered as the optimization objectives,and a multi-objective purchase order allocation model is constructed considering the uncertain supply environment.The multiobjective quantum genetic algorithm is chosen as the main algorithm to solve the model.Finally,the relevant data of J enterprise obtained from field investigation are substituted into the model and solved in Python.The method of intuitionistic fuzzy number and membership function is used to solve the model,the decision-making scheme of order distribution which is most in line with the actual demand and development goal of J enterprise is selected,we can find that the optimized decision-making scheme can effectively realize the optimization of enterprise income and customer satisfaction level,and at the same time,it also promotes the overall benefit,the results show that the decision-making model of purchase order allocation is feasible and available.Through the study of this paper,it can effectively help J enterprise to solve the problem of unreasonable purchase order allocation and provide certain guidance for improving procurement efficiency and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.At the same time,it enriches the application of the theoretical model in reality and complements and improves the purchase order allocation problem in an uncertain supply environment to a certain extent.This article has 20 figures,22 tables,and 54 references.
