| In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,the wide use of big data,cloud computing and other technologies has brought people more convenience.At present,major universities vigorously promote the construction of digitization and paperless,and all kinds of office information and assets are transferred from offline to online,which are managed through a unified platform.As a new generation of intelligent office software,information asset security integrated management platform provides one-stop information asset management services for college teachers.At the same time,driven by illegal interests,the frequency of network attacks increases exponentially,the means and methods of attacks emerge one after another,and the external attack situation becomes more systematic and complex.The integrated information asset security management platform abandons the traditional security management methods of manual security analysis,early warning and disposal,and establishes a new active,fast and effective network security protection system with the help of the latest Internet technology,so as to provide university teachers with information asset operation and realize efficient asset security risk management.This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the security management of information assets in the past,then takes information assets as the core,defines the attribute information such as security level,responsible person,security status and protection status,and improves the security standardized management processes such as filing,approval,monitoring,protection,notification and disposal.Then it briefly describes the technical theory involved in the system,and analyzes the system requirements in detail.Then the outline design and detailed design of the project are carried out.The whole system is divided into vulnerability early warning and disposal module,process center module,asset center module,user management module,information notification and upload module and log management module.Each module contains several sub functions.In the research and development process,the front-end page development of the system is realized through Vue framework,the back-end service construction of the system is completed by Django framework,the data storage is completed by My SQL database,and the communication between modules is realized by Kafka message queue.After the development is completed,the test cases are designed according to the function of the demand analysis,the unit test,integration test and system test are carried out,and the performance of the system is tested through the pressure test tool to ensure the normal operation of the system after it goes online.At present,after completing the development and testing of the platform,it has been deployed online,improved the operation and use of some college teachers,and received positive feedback.The comprehensive information asset security management platform reduces the security risk of information assets and meets the closed-loop supervision requirements of the whole life cycle of assets.In the follow-up,the platform service will be gradually improved according to the feedback of college teachers. |
