Design And Implementation Of Private Traffic System Based On Enterprise Wechat

In the Internet era,many traditional enterprises are beginning to march into the online market,which has led to increasingly fierce competition among enterprises.Meanwhile,with the emergence of the concept of private domain traffic,more and more enterprises are using official account,small program,micro signal,We Chat group and other tools to obtain and operate user traffic.This project is to build a traffic system with the help of enterprise wechat tools,and finally realize the acquisition and operation of traffic.During the design and implementation of the system,the front-end framework of Vue.js+ElementUI and the back-end framework of Spring Boot+MySQL+MyBatis+Redis are used for the development of the platform.At the same time,Kunpeng asynchronous action execution gateway is used to realize automatic operation for enterprise wechat users,and text matching model algorithm is used to realize semantic recognition of user messages and automatic reply of intelligent customer services.The whole system adopts the layered design mode,which meets the system requirements of low coupling,manageability and configurability.The functions of the four subsystems included in the system are as follows:(1)Flow acquisition subsystem,it is divided into two modules: increasing user activity and user migration.Among them,the activity of increasing user activity is to create enterprise wechat live code,and users add enterprise wechat signals by scanning live code;Users migrate to migrate their friends on personal wechat to enterprise wechat.(2)User touch subsystem,it is divided into four modules: enterprise wechat group sending,enterprise wechat circle of friends,message flow configuration and keyword reply.The corresponding wechat friends of wechat / enterprise circle send messages to wechat enterprises at the same time;Message flow configuration is to configure the message flow sent to users so that users receive specific messages at a specific time after adding enterprise wechat;Keyword reply is that when the message sent by the user hits the set keyword,the system will automatically reply to the user’s message.(3)Community activity subsystem,it is divided into two modules: invitation activity and attracting traffic activity.The invitation activity is to automatically invite the added users of enterprise wechat to the activity group;The attracting traffic activity is to automatically pull the newly added users into the activity group.(4)Customer service subsystem,it is divided into two modules: customer service background and customer service front desk.The customer service background is to add a new customer service account,bind the customer service account with the corresponding enterprise wechat,and set the shift scheduling time;The customer service front desk sends the user messages and group messages that the intelligent customer service cannot reply to to the manual customer service in the form of work order,and the manual customer service will reply.At present,the relevant functions designed in the paper have been online,the overall operation of the system is normal,and the expected goal of the project has been achieved.Next,the relevant functions of the system will be further improved.It is believed that this project will set a new benchmark in the field of private traffic and bring rich benefits to the company.
