With the steady development of the food delivery industry,the current food delivery market has become saturated,showing a "2 + N" market pattern.The two major food delivery platforms,Meituan and Ele.me,have occupied more than 95% of the market share,and the volume growth has reached a bottleneck.At the same time,self-operated platforms such as ZJS Express and Mc Delivery,which subdivide brands or subdivide takeaway categories,only serve their own catering companies.Such vertical catering companies have a huge customer base,but their own transportation capacity is not enough to support the huge order volume.On the other hand,the takeaway platform has many merchants and a wide range of categories,so the user stickiness is high,and the scale of online orders of vertical catering companies is also affected to a certain extent.The takeaway platform has a complete distribution system,and the vertical catering companies have a huge order volume.The cooperation between the two parties is not only a development trend,but also a win-win situation.Combined with the actual needs of catering companies and the growth of takeaway platform business,a cooperation model of "merchant ordering + platform delivery" has been gradually developed.Based on this new cooperation model,this paper designs and implements a one-stop distribution platform based on multi-level transportation capacity,and realizes the channel for vertical catering enterprises to enter the takeaway platform.Through this platform,catering companies can hand over the order delivery service to the takeaway platform on the basis of retaining the original online ordering channel.This paper mainly does the following work:(1)Design and implementation of distribution platform.This paper designs the entry system according to the characteristics of the new cooperation model,formulates a standardized store entry and contract signing process,and innovatively realizes the online entry process,especially the online contract signing management.The entry system can effectively solve the problems of low entry efficiency and long contract signing cycle in the traditional customer signing process.In view of the high distribution demand of vertical catering enterprises,this paper divides the existing transportation capacity at multiple levels,provides customers with personalized distribution services,and digitizes the characteristics of transportation capacity to reflect it in the contract.Finally,a strategy of bursting orders is designed to maintain the balance of supply and demand under the tight transportation capacity,and realize the delivery service for most customers.(2)The problem of order allocation and distribution route is studied.First,this paper deals with the characteristic attributes of takeaway orders,and uses the K-means algorithm to cluster the orders,which improves the efficiency of order distribution.Then,use the ant colony algorithm to plan the order delivery route,and give the relevant expressions of the ant colony algorithm.Finally,for the convergence problem of the clustering algorithm,the bisecting K-means algorithm is used to improve the execution efficiency;for the convergence problem of the ant colony algorithm,the MMAS algorithm is introduced to limit the accumulation of pheromone,which effectively improves the convergence effect;for the existence of the ant colony algorithm The local optimal problem of,uses the 2-opt algorithm to perform local optimization at the end of each round to obtain the overall optimal delivery path.The distribution platform is an internal project of the internship company,which has been put into production and used,and has well met the actual needs of customers.The platform is designed based on the micro-service architecture and adopts various technologies such as Mafka and Squireel,which can effectively ensure the stability and scalability of the system.
