| In today’s society,the Internet is developing very fast,and the huge advantages brought by it have penetrated into all walks of life,and many traditional industries have begun to embrace the Internet.Real estate is a big carriage of my country’s economic growth.It has played a pivotal role in my country’s economic take-off in the past two decades,and its importance will not diminish in the foreseeable future.In the real estate market,the huge market and continuous demand urgently need information technology services to empower.However,due to the characteristics of a large amount of funds and a complex process in real estate transactions,it is easy for the staff to make some illegal operations out of interest,resulting in capital losses for the company and access to the full amount of work data of the staff.It is very necessary to monitor its work.Therefore,in the real estate trading platform products,the risk control and quality inspection system plays an important role.The risk control and quality inspection system introduced,designed and implemented in this paper combines the characteristics of the real estate trading platform,adopts the lightweight implementation method of the PC-side web page,and uses the layered framework of modern web development,which enhances the flexibility and availability of the system.Maintainability and robustness,and through the analysis of the specific platform business and the work characteristics of the staff,the detailed requirements of the system are produced.According to the specific staff functions,the system is divided into two modules,consultant-related modules and customer service.Relevant modules,and divided into several sub-modules according to some sub-scenarios:Consultant-related modules,speech-combination module,fly-order consultant module,fly-order clue module,illegal taxi module,false lead-through module,first electricity sampling module,and the customer service IM chat module and the customer service call recording module of the customer service related module,and introduced the speech recognition algorithm applied to some of the modules.The author independently designed and implemented these major modules:(1)Conformity of words and expressions: The main function is to monitor whether the words of the consultants in We Chat,IM and calls meet the corresponding regulations,and whether there are any illegal words.(2)Flying order consultant module and flying order clue module: the main function is to screen out the clues that may exist the phenomenon of flying orders(meaning that the last transaction between the consultant and the customer does not go through this platform,resulting in the loss of the order)and the corresponding clues according to certain rules.Consultants and make corresponding monitoring judgments.(3)Illegal taxi-hailing module,false show-through module: mainly when the consultant takes customers offline,the compliance of the reimbursement situation of using the enterprise version of Didi taxis and the detection of scenes that are reported to be watched but not actually shown.(4)Sampling module for the first call: It is mainly to score the work quality of the content of the first telephone contact between the consultant and the customer and further guide the communication skills.(5)Customer service IM chat module,customer service call recording module: Score the work quality of the chat or call content of the customer.(6)Thesaurus management module: Among the above types of violation scenarios,there are many scenarios with sensitive word detection applications.The thesaurus management module can implement the management of adding,deleting,modifying,enabling and disabling sensitive words or illegal words in each scenario.Through actual production and work verification,the system can meet the needs of risk control and quality inspection.After the system is put online,all kinds of violations have been well detected and remedied,which improves the efficiency of quality inspection and avoids more capital losses. |
