In the digital era,the valuation mode is upgrading,the proportion of traditional valuation mode is shrinking,and the national policy layout,business changes in the cost industry and the valuation method of real estate developers are all leading to the trend of the future marketization list.Construction engineering cost consultation enterprises as the intermediate quality hub,establish project cost database to extract the past data,not only limit to the budget preparation,control of design standards,prepare the target cost and to provide reference and tender control price,also can share the cost data,fu can pricing mode breakthrough,promote cost business standardization and normalization.Although it is particularly important for consulting enterprises to establish cost database,the construction of most consulting cost database is still in the early stage of digitalization,so this paper conducts research from the perspective of cost database construction.This article from the domestic and foreign related research of the construction of the database on the basis of the current situation of enterprise database construction and application of the comb,over hundred consulting companies,for example,for different sizes of consulting enterprises adopt stratified sampling,using the questionnaire investigation,expert interview method to the sampling of consulting enterprise database construction situation was analyzed and the research,Analysis in database management existing in the management is not standard,the data sample type and quantity insufficiency,the problem such as data quality,standard,process and method is proposed to optimize the database management idea,from the aspects such as data acquisition,data processing and data maintenance in database cost index system research,put forward the construction scheme of consulting enterprise database.The main research results and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1)Construct the database cost index system.Research based on the characteristics of the engineering cost data,the index system of the application requirements,the structure of index system of the content such as theory analysis,combining the successful experiences of developed countries database construction to develop database constructing principle of index system,and combining the actual situation design includes engineering classification,information characteristics and cost index database library index system of three parts.The process of database construction includes data collection,data processing,data maintenance and update,which provides a data basis for the subsequent in-depth mining and application of cost data.2)Unify data acquisition and processing standards.Based on the theory of life cycle cost(LCC)and the intelligent classification of bill of quantities,the bill of quantities of different types of projects is collected and sorted out,and the list items of bill of quantities are annotated according to the cost index subjects of database,and a112 index classification is constructed.By screening from the engineering cost database in similar engineering case to build small sample data set,and select the grey correlation analysis,through the expert suggests to build the construction year,building area,the upper number,the average height,the structure type,seismic grade of grey correlation degree,degree of decoration and engineering price early,integrity assessment project special information acquisition,The results show that the building area,construction year and average storey height have the highest correlation degree,which is in line with the requirements of the original project feature database information collection.
