Research On Communication Management Of K Company’s Financial IT Project Based On Full Life Cycle

In the era of Internet digitization,the IT industry is developing rapidly under the impetus of the new situation.More and more enterprises begin to form their own science and technology teams to the Internet informatization transformation,the success rate of IT projects urgently needs to be improved,and this puts forward higher requirements for the effectiveness of IT project management.In IT project management,communication runs through each stage of the whole life cycle of the project,and effective communication is the key to delivering project results on time with quality and quantity guaranteed.So the strategic significance of communication management in IT project management is increasingly prominent.However,due to the particularity of the financial industry,for example,the industry is extremely sensitive to data and information security,which will bring great communication barriers.Therefore,financial IT projects put forward higher requirements for communication management.Only on the basis of exploring the communication and management of the whole life cycle of the financial IT project can the existing problems be found,and reasonable measures be found to ensure the smooth operation of the project,so as to improve the effectiveness of project management and ensure the smooth completion of the project.It can be concluded that IT project communication management plays a crucial role in the financial industry project management.This thesis deeply studies the application of communication management in project management theory in financial IT projects in the weak matrix organization structure,and takes THE IT project of K Insurance Company as a case for in-depth analysis.Due to the complex organizational structure of the company,which involves multiple subsidiaries and spreads all over the country in many provinces and cities,the IT project of the science and technology center needs to meet the needs of different subsidiaries and branches,so the communication flexibility is low and the cost is high.In the whole life cycle of the project,involved in the business,demand,development,testing,and operational team,many departments,such as financial,material control,IT post role,position and mode of thinking are different.At the different stages of the project,there are a large number of communication and coordination work,the difficulty and complexity of communication is relatively high,so the relevant management theory and concept is particularly important.In combination with the current social financial industry environment and the development status of enterprise informatization transformation,this paper takes IT projects in the financial industry as the main body and the whole life cycle of enterprise IT projects as the basic context.Through the use of literature research method,case analysis method,personnel interview method and other research methods,key research analyzes the K company financial IT project in the whole life cycle of project communication management in different stages of the work,summarizes the characteristics of the project communication management,points out the problems in the process of project communication management,and puts forward the corresponding scientific and reasonable improvement strategy.Fundamentally improved financial IT projects a series of problems in the process of communication and management,thus,the success rate of IT project management is improved,which has certain guiding significance for K company’s financial IT project,and at the same time,enterprises in the financial industry can learn from the project communication management.
