Research On The Personnel Files Satisfaction Of The Floating Population In L City

The high-quality development of market economy leads to higher social demand for the mobility of talents,and also brings new challenges and requirements to the personnel file service of the floating population.The personnel file service of the floating personnel has become a very noteworthy aspect of the government’s public service function.This can be seen in the new revision of archives Law of the People’s Republic of China in early 2021.However,in practical work,it is found that the traditional personnel file service lags behind,and disconnects with the current floating population demand for their personnel file.This paper uses literature research method to understand the domestic and foreign research status of personnel files and personnel file services for floating population,and provides various research supporting theories for the paper.Combined with various statistical reports and data of personnel file services for floating population in L city,this paper expounds the research status and differences of personnel file services for floating personnel in L City.Using the method of investigation and research,the questionnaire survey of optimizing the personnel file service of the floating population in the area where the business of the floating population is concentrated was carried out and the questionnaire was collected.SPSS was used to carry out reliability and validity tests on a small part of the recovered samples.After passing the reliability and validity tests,a large range of questionnaires were recovered to optimize the service.Through the use of statistical analysis,quantitative analysis and descriptive analysis,the questionnaire data obtained to optimize the personnel file service of floating personnel in L city were processed.According to the results of questionnaire data analysis,this paper sorts out the existing problems in the personnel file service of floating population in L city and makes a detailed analysis of the causes.According to the analysis results of the valid data of the questionnaire,the optimization plan of the floating population service in L city was formulated.Article aims to meet the flow of personnel in the process of flow demand for its personnel files,specific to the flow of the personnel archives service research and analysis on the existing status and existing problems,develop L city flow optimization scheme of the personnel file,put forward the corresponding security measures,practical flow from various L city staff personnel file service levels.
