Radar transmits electromagnetic waves to the target object and receives the echo reflected by it,so as to obtain the target information.Therefore,radar is often widely used in military and civil industries as a "thousand mile eye".The research of radar target tracking technology based on complex environment can promote the application range of radar.In recent years,with the increasingly complex air and ground detection environment,the enhanced mobility of targets and the gradual improvement of the ability of signal processor,radar target tracking technology is also improving.The existing target tracking technology still has the problems of false track and low tracking accuracy in target tracking and maneuvering target tracking in clutter environment.This paper mainly makes an in-depth study on the problems existing in the current target tracking practice.The main work contents and innovations are as follows:(1)The research on maneuvering target tracking under noise background is carried out.The detection of maneuvering target is mainly divided into tracking algorithm with maneuvering detection and algorithm with adaptive tracking.The algorithm with maneuvering detection analyzes the adjustable white noise model,the algorithm with adaptive tracking analyzes the singer model and interactive multi model,and compares the three algorithms by setting up multiple groups of simulation experiments,The tracking accuracy of the three algorithms under different maneuvering levels is obtained,and the applicable scenarios of the three algorithms are analyzed according to the simulation results.Through the comparison of the three maneuvering algorithms,it lays a foundation for the selection and improvement of target tracking algorithms in subsequent practice.(2)Aiming at the problem of "false tracking" of target tracking in clutter environment,the theoretical on basis of the existing probabilistic data interconnection algorithm and joint probabilistic data interconnection algorithm is analyzed,and the shortcomings of the algorithm are improved.The accuracy of probabilistic data interconnection algorithm is improved by modifying the gain matrix;by reducing the splitting of interconnection matrix,the problem of large amount of calculation in joint probabilistic data interconnection algorithm is solved.Aiming at the initial track of clutter points in complex environment,the clutter points are eliminated once through the clutter map in point trace domain,point trace aggregation and cluster based preprocessing;aiming at the possible "loss of tracking" problem of nearest neighbor method,the accuracy of data association of nearest neighbor method is improved by using the Doppler information of point trace;the effectiveness of the improved algorithm is verified by several groups of simulation experiments.(3)In order to apply the algorithm proposed in this paper to engineering practice,MATLAB simulation experiments are carried out in series with the processes of track initiation,data association and track filtering;In order to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm proposed in this paper,the measured data collected by the whole radar are used to verify the algorithm.Firstly,aiming at the problem of large time delay in circular scanning radar,the problem is solved by dividing dual sectors for data association;secondly,aiming at the problem of nonuniform sampling time in mechanical sector scan radar,data association is carried out by using time stamp information and target motion law;then,for the maneuvering problem in multi-target tracking,the interactive multi model algorithm with high tracking accuracy is adopted.For the single target tracking problem with small maneuverability,the method of "adjustable white noise model and double wave gate" is used to improve the accuracy of maneuvering target tracking;for multi-target data association,MJPDA algorithm with good real-time performance is adopted;finally,for the single target data association problem in urban complex environment,the proposed method is applied to engineering projects to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.
