Design And Implementation Of Document Format Intelligent Review System

A document format is information used to describe the specification requirements of an electronic document.Electronic documents used in formal occasions have specific format specifications,such as dissertations,official documents of party and government agencies,legal documents,etc.Automatic review of document format can improve the efficiency of document format review and ensure the standardization of documents.From the perspective of document layout understanding,this paper proposes a document format structure to describe the format of different types of documents.At the same time,for the layout document,a set of technical solutions is designed on the basis of layout understanding to extract the document format structure of the layout document.Based on the above research points,the paper designs and implements a document format intelligent review system,which includes the following functions:(1)Support different types of document input,and obtain the document format structure through the corresponding document parsing and document format recognition methods.(2)Perform format review on the obtained document format structure,provide 7 general check items and 89 optional check items,select the check items required for format review through the document format template.(3)The review result is marked on the duplicate document of the original document in the form of comments,and the review result document is generated for the document editor to modify.After verification,the system can obtain the document format structure,and detect the format errors and irregularities in the document.The accuracy rate of document format structure acquisition is over 95%,and the format review accuracy rate is over 90%.
