With the development of science and technology,intelligent networked vehicles will have powerful perception,communication,decision-making and control capabilities.The basis for the information interaction between intelligent networked vehicles and the outside world is the vehicle wireless communication technology V2X(Vehicle to Everything).Among it,C-V2X(including LTE-V2X and 5G NR-V2X)based on cellular mobile communication systems is an important communication method for the Internet of Vehicles.At present,the C-V2X industry in my country is developing rapidly,and the application services based on the Internet of Vehicles are about to be commercialized on a large scale.However,many technical problems such as large-scale testing and verification of communication technology has not been properly solved.There is little research on the congestion control mechanism of LTE-V2X at home and abroad.However,due to the complex and changeable road and traffic environment,the congestion of vehicles in large-scale communication needs to be effectively solved.The communication tests for LTE-V2X at home and abroad are mainly still in a small-scale state,and large-scale communication tests and simulations have not been systematically carried out.Aiming at the above problems,this paper designs and implements a congestion control mechanism based on deep reinforcement learning,which combines deep neural networks with traditional congestion control algorithms to optimize the communication performance of vehicles under network congestion.In order to explore the communication performance and its variation law of simultaneous communication of large-scale terminal devices on the road,this paper builds a simulation platform for LTE-V2X based on OMNeT++network simulation software and SUMO traffic flow simulator,and conducts a large-scale simulation platform based on LTE-V2X.Scale simulation and field testing.This paper combines simulation and field test to study the variation law of packet loss rate and delay when large-scale terminal devices use LTE-V2X for simultaneous communication in real road scenarios.Finally,the impact of vehicle driving on road safety under different network penetration rates is studied.
