Research On Topic Extraction And Topic Evolution Of Science And Technology Hot News Based On Text Data Mining

In recent years,earth shaking changes have taken place in the rapid development of China’s Internet.With the advent of the era of big data,it also brings problems and opportunities to people’s lives.People can obtain the news and knowledge they want on any website,but how to obtain useful information from the Internet information ocean with staggered distribution,explosive amount of information and a large amount of useless information has always been the most focus.With the rapid development of natural language analysis methods,by analyzing and mining news data through topic model and going deep into the text semantic level,we can get the technical hotspots and development trends in a certain field,which can provide ideas for industrial development and technology R&D.Based on the research status of news text,aiming at the text big data reported by blockchain,this paper carries out the research on topic mining and application of news text based on topic model,and puts forward a new topic evolution analysis framework of news topic over time,which realizes the evolution analysis and topic intensity analysis of topic through topic extraction and topic Association.The research shows that the hot topics of the blockchain industry are mainly eight prominent topics such as "digital currency","Internet of things application" and "privacy protection".Through the combination of the timing of the news and the theme of the text,the hot spots and development trends of the industry in the hot news of science and technology are obtained,and the rhythm of the development and application innovation of the new Internet industry is accurately grasped,which provides reference for the government regulatory authorities Emerging technology researchers and practitioners provide ideas,grasp emerging technology opportunities and add new means.At the same time,the experimental results also show that this method can not only describe the evolution process of the same topic over time,but also describe the change of topic content over time.It is pointed out that the development of blockchain has gradually developed from the themes of "cryptocurrency"and "business contract" in the past 1.0 and 2.0 era to other fields such as "medical health","data sharing","metauniverse",Blockchain 3.0,which pays more attention to integrating and solving problems in other fields,will be the general trend of blockchain development research in the future.
