With the rapid development of communication networks,network terminal equipment continues to grow,and communication network application scenarios are also expanding rapidly.In order to cope with the security of communication services with diverse requirements and existing public communication networks,specific communication networks for special and complex application environments have also emerged.Different from ordinary communication networks,these application scenarios often face more restricted network resource constraints and more stringent business service requirements.For special network application scenarios,a more complex converged network structure has been derived,taking military edge networks as an example,these converged network architectures are often composed of multi-hop heterogeneous communication technologies,with strong interference and weak connections.In this scenario,the wireless terminal transmission quality of the wireless communication network part in the strong interference environment and the reliable routing planning of the weak connection multi-hop core network part need to be paid attention to.The existing research focuses on the target-driven,using interference,bandwidth,base station transmission power,etc.as constraints to solve the problem,and does not consider the location factor of the interference source in the network,the overall impact of the interference source on the user’s rate and network,and the difference in reliability of multi-service routing,resulting in the difficulty of ensuring the quality of wireless terminal transmission service and meeting the requirements of high reliability of routing planning.Summarizing the above problems,this paper constructs a converged network with converged wireless and virtualization technologies.The wireless access network of the converged network is a dedicated LTE network,and the core network is a multi-hop SDN network.Aiming at the cell wireless service scenario with strong interference,this paper proposes a cell wireless enhancement method based on interference control.By jointly adjusting the transmission power of the base station,the purpose of increasing the user rate and suppressing the source of interference is achieved.Aiming at the routing planning scenario of wired core network with weak connections,this paper proposes a multi-routing planning method oriented to reliability,which achieves the purpose of selecting routes with high reliability that meet the constraints of latency and bandwidth.In the wireless service of strong interference,first of all,the transmission power of the base station is taken as the decision variable,and the transmission rate of the whole system wireless terminal is maximized as the optimization goal,and a cell wireless enhancement model for the guarantee of user quality of service(Quality of Service,QoS)is designed.At the same time,the connection relationship between the terminal and the base station in the wireless network is defined,the terminal rate transmission calculation method is proposed,the external wireless interference source is introduced,and the transmission power of the wireless base station in the cell is jointly adjusted through the training and iteration of DQN,the transmission rate of the wireless terminal is re-evaluated,and the transmission power of the wireless base station in the cell is recorded.Finally,the simulation experiments are used to verify that the convergence speed of the method is improved compared with the traditional algorithm,and the transmission power of the wireless base station in the cell is smaller under the condition of meeting the minimum transmission requirements of the wireless terminal,which achieves the effect of reducing energy consumption.In the multi-hop core network routing planning based on SDN technology,the node and link risk levels in the network are first defined according to the characteristics of reliability services,the available communication resources and service reliability requirements in the network are used as constraints,and the network service latency constraints and service routing risks are normalized and weighted as the optimization goals,and the multi-route planning method oriented for reliability is designed.Finally,the simulation experiments are verified,and the experimental results are compared with the traditional intelligent optimization algorithms through different weighted parameter experiments,and the method can achieve faster convergence speed and meet the requirements of reliable routing planning.In summary,this paper proposes and implements a resource allocation method for converged networks based on deep reinforcement learning,which proposes corresponding models and frameworks based on the characteristics of two specific network application scenarios of strong interference and weak connection and provides new ideas and methods for solving resource allocation problems in different scenarios.
