Research On Scope Management Of Software Outsourcing Project

"Promoting industrialization with informatization and promoting informatization with industrialization" has risen to the national strategy.With the acceleration of informatization,the Internet has penetrated into all walks of life.Software has become an indispensable and important tool in people’s social practice.Software outsourcing service has also become the main force to promote informatization in all walks of life.Starting from solving the problems of the scope management of the software outsourcing project team where the author works,this paper investigates and studies the improvement process of the scope management of the project team through the research schemes such as historical project investigation method,typical project case study method,classified project experience summary method and theoretical basis literature research method,from the standard stage of the initial scope management improvement,to the optimization stage of the medium-term scope management,and then to the mature stage of the later scope management,Finally,the "seven steps" of scope management is formed,that is,the scope management work is divided into scope planning,position and responsibility determination,demand investigation,prototype production,work decomposition,demand confirmation and change control.There are corresponding implementation strategies for different types of Party A and different development methods of software outsourcing projects.Through data comparison and analysis,the implementation effect of the "seven steps" has significantly improved the efficiency of scope management of software outsourcing projects.The "seven steps" of scope management is based on four optimization schemes.The four optimization schemes optimize and summarize the job responsibilities,demand research,demand change,system design and other work contents according to different types of Party A and different development methods in the project,which can properly solve the unique problems of communication,planning,demand change and so on in the software outsourcing project,and continuously optimize the solutions in the process of promotion,Promote the smooth realization of project objectives.The paper hopes that the "seven steps" of scope management and its four optimization schemes can have important guidance and reference significance for the actual scope management.
