| Company Q is a high-tech software enterprise specializing in mobile data business software development,system integration,sales and service.Some of the company’s projects have unsatisfactory schedule control,and it is crucial to do a good job of project schedule management in order to make high quality products and ensure the project time in the R&D process.This study takes Q company’s data visualization project as an example to study,referring to the project schedule management theory and method and use this as the basis of the study,using the questionnaire method to analyz and judge the problems which existed in other projects of the company for the schedule management,summarizing and analyzing the survey results,finding the reasons affecting the schedule of some projects and the problems that need to be improved,and looking for optimization strategies for the schedule of the data visualization platform project.Firstly,in the project plan development,work decomposition refers to WBS requirements to reasonably decompose work tasks,estimate project time using PERT technique,and adjust resource constraints and buffer time using critical chain technique to confirm critical path and make reasonable plan.Secondly,in the project schedule control phase,we introduced management system to facilitate management,reasonably controlled requirement changes,and optimized management measures for design,development and testing phases,strengthened project communication and document management,and introduced automated testing to speed up progress.In addition,performance management was optimized to improve team cohesion.The effect of using the above measures is that we complete the project on time and guaranteed the quality,thus proving that the optimization scheme proposed in this study is feasible for platform development type projects and can be used as a reference for the schedule management of other similar projects. |
