Reserch On The Risk Management Of X Company’s Satellite Communication Support System Construction Project

Nowadays,along with the aerospace and communication technologies develop rapidly,the competition of satellite communication is becoming fiercely among various countries.Consequently,the industry of satellite communication has entered a vigorous period.There are more and more companies engaged in the commercial operation of satellite communication business in China.Various companies are developing satellite communication business operation support system in order to conduct it more efficiently.Because of the satellite communication industry itself has the feature of high technical requirements,high cost and high risks,so the satellite communication support system construction projects often have the same even higher risks.In order to ameliorate this situation,we can adopt the current mature risk management experiences at home and abroad in the process of management.Through carrying out scientific risk management to reduce project risks,so as to complete the system construction project more smoothly and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.The object of the paper is the satellite communication support system construction project of X company.In the paper,we make a combination of theory and practice analysis on the risk management.Firstly,the background and current situation of X company and the project was studied and analyzed,and the potential management problems and risks in the project were obtained.Then combing and analyzing these problems and risks through the theories and methods of risk management.Through analytic hierarchy process to assess the risks,and clarified the level of each risk.Finally,according to the risk priority,a detailed risk response and monitoring process were formulated.Eventually formed a set of scientific and effective risk management plan which can provide reference for the similar projects in the industry.At the same time,the conclusion shows that satellite communication support system construction projects generally have higher technical risks and demand risks,and the application of risk management theories and methods is very important to the project risk management,especially the management of people.
