Design And Implementation Of Evaluation Model Management System For Education Big Data

Nowadays,many people are actively analyzing and applying education big data.Mining and analyzing education big data is of great significance to improve the quality of teachers’ teaching as well as education reform.During the New Coronary Pneumonia,the whole country adopts teaching by online classroom instead of traditional teaching.In this process,a large amount of educational data is generated,how to use these data to make a comprehensive evaluation of students and courses is very helpful to the development of education and the improvement of teaching quality.On the issue of how to use educational big data to conduct comprehensive evaluation of students,the general approach is to extract feature data from educational big data and then use the extracted feature data to build mathematical models or machine learning models to calculate the results.However,this process requires the participation of a large number of staff from different fields which leads to a significant waste of resources.At the same time,once the model is optimized or updated during the modeling period,it will also cost various resources.Therefore,it is necessary to simplify the process of building evaluation models and reduce staff participation.At the same time,there is no visual display of evaluation model construction,and the traditional education big data modeling results are mostly displayed directly in the form of numerical values,which has the disadvantages of poor intuition and weak real-time.To solve the above problems,a feasible solution is to create a visualization platform to replace the work of other personnel and let experts in the field of education model the comprehensive evaluation of students in person.This paper builds a set of evaluation model management system based on education big data mining and analysis,and online classroom is chosen as the system application scenario.This paper follows the development idea of software engineering.First of all,determines the technology selection of the system,then introduces the system requirement analysis and outline design.The system selects today’s mature front-end and back-end separation technology,the front-end uses React framework to develop web page,the back-end uses Spring Boot development framework,the algorithm is implemented based on Python.Then the article describes the detailed design of the system,including the content of the system sub-modules and the construction of evaluation model algorithm implementation content.Finally,the article describes the testing content of the system,fixes the problems and defects,and checks whether the operation of the system is up to standard.The system has completed the related development and testing work.At present,this system uses a middle school online classroom as the application scenario for comprehensive student evaluation model management service;including evaluation model construction,importing education big data indicators and publishing evaluation models,and viewing evaluation results,etc.All the functions work stably.
