| In recent years,with the rapid development of the smart medical treatment of the Internet of Things system,it has brought a certain degree of convenience to the monitoring and nursing of patients in scenarios such as home or operating room,but the medical equipment in these scenarios is often heterogeneous and different.The medical equipment produced by the manufacturer adopts different interfaces and communication protocols,and only supports decoding and viewing on the supporting platform,which is difficult to be compatible with each other.Therefore,study how to be compatible with various heterogeneous medical equipment,adapt to a variety of different communication protocols and interfaces,and uniformly transmit the collected physiological data to the medical server for real-time monitoring and comprehensive analysis by medical staff.is crucial.Aiming at the problem that different types of medical equipment are independent of each other and there is no unified data transmission protocol,this paper proposes a new type of IoT gateway for medical applications,which is used in two scenarios of operating room/intensive care unit and home monitoring.The medical gateway is designed and implemented at the hardware and software level.The main work and achievements of the paper are as follows:1.The architecture of the medical gateway is studied,and an IoT gateway for medical applications is designed to realize the access of heterogeneous medical equipment.The hardware structure of the gateway is designed according to the equipment that needs to be connected in the medical scene,including the hardware selection and circuit design of each part of the main control board,interface expansion board,and power management module.2.Research the communication protocol and data standardization of medical equipment,realize the compatibility of different protocols,and realize the analysis and processing fusion of medical data.A new unified medical transmission protocol is proposed,and on this basis,standardized equipment control and data access functions are realized.3.Studied the establishment of the physical model of medical equipment,and realized the standardization of medical equipment and business models.In this paper,a unified object model is established for various heterogeneous medical equipment,and the medical equipment is described uniformly from the three levels of object state,static description and function,and the attributes,events and services of functions are designed respectively.4.Researched the connection and control scheme of information transmission in medical applications,and realized stable connection,emergency connection and massive connection.The gateway software system is designed,including message parsing module,equipment management and control module,remote communication module and data security module.After testing,the medical gateway can complete information transmission and control as expected,with stability and good compatibility. |
