As a kind of swarm intelligence algorithm simulating the laws of nature,heuristic optimization algorithm has the characteristics of intelligence,universality and ease of use.Compared with traditional optimization algorithm,it plays an important role in the current intelligent decision scene with wide application scope and strong optimization ablibity.However,the following challenges and key problems still exist in the current simulation research of heuristic optimization algorithms:(1)there are many kinds of heuristic optimization algorithms,and new algorithms and improved algorithms emerge in an endless stream,which enhances the requirements of algorithm simulation;(2)The emergence of data sets for various optimization problems makes the algorithm simulation more difficult;(3)it is difficult to evaluate the algorithms objectively and fairly in complex scenes to provide the basis for the reasonable selection of algorithms.The above problems bring severe challenges to the simulation of heuristic optimization algorithm.In order to solve these problems,this paper innovatively designs and implements a simulation platform of heuristic optimization algorithm based on microservice architecture,which implements a variety of commonly used heuristic optimization algorithms in the form of microservice operators;At the same time,the mainstream algorithm evaluation model in the industry is coded and implemented,and encapsulated in the evaluation micro service module.Through this algorithm platform,users can complete the relevant simulation and obtain the evaluation results of the algorithm through visual means of algorithm selection,parameter input and specifying the corresponding data set,which provides the convenience of algorithm simulation,saves the time cost of users,and provides a strong support for the further research and development of heuristic optimization algorithm.The research work of this paper mainly focuses on the design and construction of algorithm platform,including related technology introduction,platform requirements analysis,system design and implementation,heuristic optimization algorithm operator implementation,evaluation model research and design,etc.Finally,the platform is tested to verify the function and performance of the system.
